The work was accomplished quickly and efficiently and the technician doing it explained what was needed and was generally a very pleasant man. He and GV Garage Doors are always welcome back here. Thank you. This is an addition as the sensors were being difficult, but Gavin returned, explained the problem, added an extra bracket so one sensor wouldn't move and everything has been great. Love the prompt and pleasant service--Gavin should be a diplomat--and can highly recommend Green Vally Garage.

Green Valley Garage Doors did an amazing job performing some necessary maintenance on my garage door. I've used a few different garage door companies to include hiring people doing side jobs and GVGD has been the best by far. From the initial call for service to the professional Tech Angel. I called at 4:45 PM yesterday afternoon, expecting to make an appointment for next week. I was told Mark would be in the neighborhood today between 9 and 11. That was reconfirmed by text and email last evening and this morning I was informed he was on his way. Mark arrived about 9:30, diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the part, lubricated the tracks, reprogrammed my existing remote and had a second one on hand, which I had been wanting. Great service, great communication, and a reasonable price: 5-star service all around! Call Green Valley Garage Doors for any problem you may have with your garage doors, confident you will have the best!

Great experience. Angel was very professional and promptly installed the new parts. Price was very reasonable. Garage springs broke and the very next day company called first the next morning and they installed within an hour. Highly recommend this company.

They were able to schedule me in sane day. Gavin showed up and diagnosed the issues right away and also fixed/cleaned up other things with my garage doors that other companies have overlooked in the past. Highly recommended !!! Gavin was super nice, knowledgeable, and friendly.

UPDATE: Green Valley Garage Doors just finished installing a new garage door for me. They are awesome. The installer was here on time and removed the old garage door and installed the new one in less than 3 hours. I am so happy with their work ethics. I had backed into my door with my car and in trying to fix it I made it much worse. Gavin came out the next day, got it working, and gave me a quote to replace the door. What a nice and knowledgeable young man. He was awesome and I would highly recommend Green Valley Garage Doors to anyone.

Beware.....their markup on parts is absurdly high. $25 bracket cost me $85 on their invoice. $130 spring set cost me $220. Labor rate is fair and the techs are good, but that markup will force me to go elsewhere in the future.

My wife called Green Valley Garage Doors to replace a broken torsion spring. A serviceman arrived and tried to talk her into purchasing a new door instead of repairing it. We were charged $69 for their "free " estimate (refer to their web page). Then we never received an estimate or a call back of any kind. We feel that we were totally ripped off.

If I could give more stars, I would. Each time I've had to call them, they've been super quick to respond or show up and reasonably priced. They are reliable, on time and communicative. I had them install a new garage door system a few months ago and just recently had a spring replaced that went out while we were away. They had a tech out to our house within 30 minutes and quickly got our issue fixed and got us back into our house. Thank you Gavin! Green Valley garage doors will be a company my family continues to use for years to come.

Top notch customer service. I called on Monday for help with my garage door opener that wouldn't close properly. The appointment was from Tuesday a.m. They don't just do the repair. They also checked everything else related to the opener and did a tune up. The charge is reasonable, the staff are helpful and the young man who came to my house was polite and he did a great job.

Called and got an appointment for the next day. Mark arrived well within the time slot I was given when I called, and had our door fixed in less than an hour. This was a replacement of a Torquemaster spring system with the more standard torsion spring, which fixed the broken spring and updated the mechanism. I had looked up the symptoms online, which convinced me that I would need a new opener, but Mark verified that the old one is still good. We are very pleased with the service.

Before I left the Angie's List website after requesting 3 quotes to replace a garage door spring that had just broken, Green Valley Garage Doors was calling me on the phone, (on a Sunday afternoon) asking what they could help me with. They had an A rating with virtually all extremely positive reviews. The quoted price seemed reasonable and I was told a representative would be at my house at 9:00 Monday morning and I agreed to have them do the job. Gavin arrived on time the next day and was very professional, completed the job and also fully serviced the garage door. Was very pleased with their service and definitely will contact them in the future if I need additional service for the garage door. Also, the new spring has a 3-year warranty. John from Green Valley Garage Doors arrived first thing the following day. (They could have come the same day, but we had other prior committments.) John identified the problem quickly and had the necessary parts to repair the problem. He also showed me how to perform semi-annual maintenance (even though he could have suggested calling them to do the maintenance and I wouldn't have known better). Services Rendered: We came home to find the garage door would not open. It turned out that gear and sprocket mechanism had burned out a bearing.

No issues. They showed up at no charge to look things over, then sold me what I needed, then when the doors came in they brought them by to install them. They were on time and the install was perfect - no issues. The price seemed a bit high but that's at least in part because I opted for the better quality option. I called Green Valley Garage Doors at 8:15 AM and told them my garage door was stuck down, and asked if they could send someone out? Was told they would send someone out shortly. At 9:00 AM Gavin came out and replaced the broken spring and tuned up the system and was done at 9:30. Service was prompt efficient, Gavin was very professional, have used this service in the past and would use them again. Total cost was $169 Services Rendered: installed new spring.

I called GV Garage Doors Wednesday AM--they had a service man out by 1PM. He tried a new circuit board and that didn't help. He replaced the original board and we discussed the problem. After answering a few questions he determined the problem was a small appliance I was using in the garage. He unplugged the appliance and the garage door remotes worked perfectly. The service was prompt, professional and honest--he could have put in a new circuit board and I would have never had a clue. Highly recommend this company.
