Yelp5I've used Jorge a couple times for my garage door. Once last year and recently for an adjustment and a new garage door opener. His service and quality of work is impeccable! I recommend him to all my friends He is prompt and very reliable.

Google5Our old garage door opener finally broke on us, so I found Monkey Garage Door while checking for companies online. I went by the reviews and BBB ratings. Jorge did not disappoint. He was able to schedule the service the next day and replaced the opener. Jorge was prompt, efficient, and very reasonable. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone. Thanks Jorge!

Google5Jorge from the first call was extremely punctual and ready to help make the Replacement of my garage motor quick ,efficient and reasonably priced That would give him five stars from my perspective, but really what made me want to write this remark is that when I went out to the garage to pay him. He said I need to show you something and asked me to put the garage door back down again. He pointed to a gash in the door and said I don't know how I did that but I can't leave you without showing you what has happened. It happened months ago when some painters were at my house and he had nothing to do with it and yet he acknowledged that he thought he had damaged while doing his job something of mine If you're looking for somebody, who's honest, quick and Knowledgeable of his trade, you could do no better than jorge

Google5Jorge saved the day. Came out on a Sunday and fixed my garage door. Did not try to sell something I didn't need. I had him fix a few other things that needed attention and he did it all with a smile and professionalism. I highly recommend Jorge and will refer everyone that needs help with their garage door. He even stayed longer than needed (on Sunday) to help me program a garage door opener he didn't even install. Who does that? Jorge does!

Google5Thank you, Jorge! We had a janky garage door that I was concerned might need to be replaced, but Jorge quickly got us in his schedule, came and swiftly repaired the issue. It was even more affordable than we thought it would be to repair, and we didn't need a new door after all. We will rely on him for our future garage door repair needs for sure.

Yelp5Torsion spring broke on Super Bowl Sunday morning, trapping the car in the garage. Thought for sure we'd have to wait until Monday or Tuesday, but Jorge came out, took about a hour to install new springs, fix other stuff that was wrong, and generally tune up the 40-year old garage door. Charged us his regular fees; no special weekend surcharges ... much less more money for a service call on Super Bowl Sunday! This is how to do business. This is true customer service. Highly recommended!

Angi5Jorge is a rare thing to find in 2022, a young person who is starting a business on his own and really wants to work. I came home to a broken spring and Jorge was at my home within an hour. He stayed until about 9:00 PM to get the work done. He was clean, neat, professional and got the job done. Services Rendered: Repaired a broken spring

Yelp5One day....my garage door would not open. I called Monkey, and they were amazing. Reasonable pricing, and excellent work. They sent me a bill via email, and it was promptly paid. I ended up needing a motor for my garage door opener . The old one was from 2011, and it was high time for a new one. I have used Monkey once before and was equally pleased with the service and fair pricing. They do it like it should be done......quality work...fair prices. I will use them for my garage door needs in the future.

Yelp5We woke up to a broken garage door spring so the door wouldn't open. I checked out reviews on Yelp and decided to call Monkey Garage Door Company. Jorge came out mid morning, replaced the springs, lubricated all the hinges, adjusted the chain tension plus a few other details to be sure it was functioning quietly and properly. Very efficient and very pleasant service call at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Monkey for garage door repairs. Thanks Jorge.

Yelp5My garage door stopped opening without help. Called Jorge and he set up a time the next day. Showed up right on time, did the work quickly. He showed me what was broken and offered options for the repair. The price was reasonable (didn't do any comparisons) but I was extremely happy with his work. I highly recommend his services.

Angi5It went great! On a Sunday afternoon, Monkey Garage Door Company (Mr Jorge Enriquez) had our door back operating within an hour and service performed on both doors. Services Rendered: A spring broke and needed to be replaced. Also, it was time for a tune up on both, the double door and the single door.
