We had massive issues with our garage door (liftmaster was malfunctioning, button was broken, door was warped and cable unspooled so we couldn't close it). Our technician (Chuck) was extremely friendly and professional. All issues were fixed in a timely manner and bill was lower than I expected it to be. Can't recommend enough!

Signal door did a stellar job with our garage door service /spring replacement. I initially spoke with Helen over the phone, she had excellent customer service and she went above and beyond to fit us into their tight schedule. Chuck completed the repairs and was very professional and punctual. The work quality was outstanding and he somehow made our dusty garage smell lemon fresh. I highly recommend this company for their service and price, I doubt you can find better value. Thank you!

The service provided by Signal Doors far exceeded my expectations! I tangled the release cord with the roof rack of my truck (not the first time) but this time I thought I may have broken the chain (my garage is not well lit). In contacting Signal Doors, Helen was more than happy to accommodate me with a next day appointment. To my surprise Chuck the technician made it to my home the same day. I returned home not only to a functional door, but he replaced the garge door light, and lubricated tracks. My garage is as good as new! Highly recommend this team and will continue to refer them to anyone that needs service with their garage doors. 100% FABULOUS

I must have hired this company at least six times in the last several years. And, I think they've become my favorite service provider in Tucson. They've always done excellent work and charged incredibly fair prices. I can't say enough about this great local company. Repairman arrive on time, and the office is responsive all along the way...and that is so good! Thanks, Signal Doors! (I still recall Precision Doors trying to sell me new rollers many years ago. Those "old" rollers are still working just fine today. And they wanted money just for the estimate whether doing the job or not!)

We had a house built by a reputable builder back in 2005.. He used Signal Doors for the door installation and I have been a satisfied customer ever since. The only repairs I have ever need was to the trolley for the one large door which broke a total of two times in 16 years. So I can't complain about either the quality of their product (Martin Doors) or its installation. One of my installs was tricky because that garage has a car lift so you can't use a standard type door with a center motor and chain. Signal provided a very nice commercial grade door with a side mounted motor.

Very happy with the service of Signal! Called earlier today and they came out before the end of the day and got the job done well and quickly (spring replacement). Not to mention, the technician (Eric) was extremely friendly and respectful despite working in the heat and getting a flat tire prior to his arrival. It was a long day but you wouldn't have known it that's for sure. Fair and upfront pricing. Highly recommend!

We purchased our garage door opener from Home Depot and they contracted Signal Doors in Tucson to do the installation. Let me start first by the great customer service that I received from Hellen! She was very professional and very pleasant to talk with. The installation crew of Greg and Eric were great! They were very professional and did an excellent job installing and cleaning up after the job was complete. Greg went over the all of the functions of the new garage door opener completely. I would definitely recommend Signal Doors, everything went so smoothly! Thank you, Hellen, Greg and Eric.......

We bought a new garage door opener from Home Depot and they contracted Signal Doors to install our new Genie garage door opener. Hellen at Signal Doors was so courteous to let us know it maybe late due to covid virus delays but it got here in good time, her 2 installers ( not sure if their names) were also very friendly, fast and did a GREAT job. I offered them water and a fan, but they have their own supplies. I highly HIGHLY recommend Signal Doors! A++ in our books.

The people I've interacted with here have been great. Bought a garage door part that was very reasonably priced compared with other companies in town. Also got my garage door fixed by them because I have no idea how to actually repair my garage and I was just fooling myself when I came by the first time. Repairman was super knowledgeable and fast paced, price point was good. Also there's dogs at their office. Who doesn't like dogs?

My garage door was broken in the open position. I called but they couldn't schedule any technician that day. It was Friday and the earliest they could be here was Tuesday. The lady was very patient on the phone, she tested a few things with me, then showed me how to lower the door and lock it. That was a huge relief! The technicians showed up on time on Tuesday, did the repair, gave the door a tune up. Everyone were professional and helpful. Will definitely use them again. Thank you!

The crew arrived ahead of schedule (to my delight) and replaced a cracked upper panel and strut. They replaced a frayed cable and adjusted the height of the opener and finally, replaced the springs which were undersized causing a strain on the opener. They then tightened the hinges and lubed the opener, tracks, and rollers. They even replaced some insulation panels I had had on the old panel. They are my and quot;go to guysand quot; for all future door and opener needs. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door panel and adjust opener.

It went perfectly. I called Signal Door on Tuesday and as always they answered the phone promptly and listened to what I had to say and told me that one of their techs could be at my house the next day in the early afternoon. And sure enough, in the early afternoon of the next day they called to advise me that the tech was on his way. He arrived in 15 minutes, advised me of what needed to done, gave me an estimate and 40 minutes later the door was back in operation. It doesn't get any better. Services Rendered: Installed two new main springs on the double garage door.

The installer was outstanding. Home Depot's customer service was awful, but the installer did their work for them and got the job done. The install was flawless and I can't believe how much better and quieter my door openers operate after they installed the doors and adjusted the openers. Services Rendered: Not sure of the price. The installer was hired by Clopay (garage door manufacturer) to complete the installation ordered from Home Depot. The job was to install the doors ordered from Home Depot.

See above. Services Rendered: I heard a grating on the track as the garage door opened. I lubricated it with some success but was concerned enough to call. We have used them in the past, although it had been more than 4 years. They scheduled an appointment well within a week with the frequent 3 hour window when one has to stay around. They arrived within 30 minutes of the start of the window. The tech couldn't find anything obviously wrong, did some minor maintenance and said while I could change out all 8 wheels (at $7.50 per wheel) he wasn't convinced that might change anything and felt it was reasonable to wait and see if anything happened. If there were a problem within the next 3 days, he said he would get right back. Cost was base service charge. I like the idea of not being sold something I might or might not have needed.
