I would highly recommend Superior Overhead Door. They were able to come out within a day of me calling. Houston not only completed the necessary repair but also took the time to tighten the chain, lubricate everything, and even adjusted the settings for smoother operation. We will definitely call on Superior the next time we have any overhead door needs.

Superior Overhead Door technician Jason replaced broken spring on my Overhead Door. Jason was one of the most efficient informative and professional technician I have dealt with. After he replaced the broken spring he serviced the door so it would operate efficiently. Then he took it upon himself to completely service my second Overhead Door. had a sudden issue on two-car garage door not closing but re-opening unless the override was made by holding the shut-close button on the opener controller. couldn't get it sorted out myself in three days so called Superior Overhead Doors. Told them it was urgent so they sent Justin out at the end of his normal Monday job load. He checked the system, confirmed no replacement parts were needed, adjusted several items, lubed everything, and BINGO the system working perfectly in 30 minutes. strongest recommendation for Superior if you have door opener issues. they WILL get it fixed and their fee was very reasonable,

Excellent service today. Warranty honored by the company where a small though important adjustment was required. This garage door was there installation back in 2018. They're proud of their work and it shows. Prompt service call. Less than 24 hours.

I would like to praise the service that I received this week from Superior Overhead Door. My technician was Houston. I was super impressed with the way he took care of my situation. He was very professional, thorough, replaced my broken spring (that was installed only 2 yrs ago) with a much more heavy duty spring for the weight of our door. He then balanced the door he repaired then my other singleton door as well. Thank you Houston for your superior service! I really appreciated it very much!

We had our garage door spring break overnight only to realize this trying to get to work the next day. I called just before 8 AM, and Superior Overhead Door had everything replaced and working by 9. You can't ask for better customer service.

This company came out to service my garage door, it took them 5 seconds to repair it I had accidentally pull the emergency release on the door, I was tipping till he to me there will be an service charge of 110.00, I own a carpet cleaning business and will never charge my customer a fee like that for a spot that took me 10 minutes to remove just something and most of the time free but not full service call price, they act like an emergency won't happen again and I don't have neighbors

On the 12 of April 2021 I had this company come out to repair my garage door, it took him 5 seconds to pull the emergency release cord, I had pulled it by accident, and thought I had broke the cable, we both laughed about it, did small talk for 1 minute or 2 so I decided to tip him for at least coming out, then he said there will be a service charge of 110.00. I own a carpet cleaning business I would never charge that much for even a 10 minute job, most of the time the customer tip me for coming out because I can't charge them, it's call customer service, at it best for next time, this company don't understand I will never call them again and an accident will happen to me or my neighbors one day and need repair.

I called this morning when I was trapped at home due to a broken coil. I was referred as American is closing for retirement. I made the call at 8:15 Am. By 9:30 the tech had called and arrived (Houston). He repaired the coil for market rates. He pointed out that our rollers were also in disrepair, explaining they were cheap factory models. He educated me on the value and safety of an upgrade for less than 100. He was done by 10:30. My door is now more quiet and smooth than ever. I will definitely call (Houston) when I have a problem!

I needed garage opener repair related to my wiring. I called Superior b/c I’d been unhappy with my previous interaction with a garage door company. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Houston came out and was friendly, professional, personable and competent. He fixed the wiring while explaining to me why and what he was doing. He also did a maintenance check of both doors, and made an adjustment to the garage door opener that wasn’t giving me problems. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
