Google5Amazing! I called this morning to see if they had availability to fix my garage door sometime this week, within 40 minutes he was at my house and my garage door was fixed roughly 1 hour after that. He was personable, professional and prompt. Will absolutely be calling in the future for any future garage door needs.

Google1If I could give him negative stars I would. This guy Jorge was contracted through my home warranty company in May 2021 to fix a broke spring. All I have received is excuse after excuse why he can't fix it. Here it is the end of Nov 2021 and he still has no repair date. He has stated he doesn't work for free and is not making enough money on the repair unless he can get cheaper springs. Now he is refusing to repair the springs all together. He is not willing to pay the increased cost of springs that have increased due to economic conditions and will only pay for cheap springs from overseas. However, he can't get his hands on those either. I can see why others have had negative experiences with him as well. Do not use or trust this company/man.
