You get your occasional gripers, the ones that you CANNOT make happy, but overall, this door company is amazing!! They care about their customers and go above and beyond to do a wonderful job!!!

I would highly recommend this place for installation of new garage doors. They were $1500 cheaper than two other places locally. The ladies in the office are awesome and top notch! The quality of the work was professional, on time and fast!
Bubba's is great at what they do. They are reasonably priced, especially for the quality of service they provide. I have used them for years and won't have anyone else! If you want to find your last garage door repair & replacement business, give them a call. You won't regret it.
Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and relatively inexpensive. They came out the next day and took less than an hour to fix my garage door. I had a broken spring, had them replace both springs. About $200
Posted on a Facebook group asking for referrals since our spring went out on our garage. Ten plus people said bubba's. Called bubba's first thing Thursday morning, they answered quick I got a quote, for a single spring, of $140 and some change. They asked if the cables were broke and I told her I wasn't sure and asked if she could maybe send someone to check and then give us a quote if they were so we knew what we would be looking at first. She said absolutely, that someone could come out right away, I was the one that asked for Friday. The repair man came out mid day Friday checked it and confirmed it was just the spring, my husband oked it for him to fix it. He got to work quickly and had it done very fast, under or about 2 hours. My husband dealt with the process but said he was extremely professional, nice, and worked quickly and efficiently. We will use them for any complications in the future, and will also recommend them like so many others. No hidden fees, price was after taxes. Of course price will be more if you have two springs! Fast and reasonable service. I called that morning and they came that day. Our garage door came off the track on one side and came off the wire. The boards that hold our garage door were loose as well. They came and fixed it all (even tightened the boards) for just $75. Pleased. Estimate was lower until we discovered I needed a new motor. They explained why I could not just replace the two panels damaged. I actually had to have them postpone installation while waiting for insurance adjuster to examine (storm filled up his case load). The installers said the costs were lower than other door companies because they scrap the damaged doors... and would have changed us more if we had kept the panels (which we requested). Services Rendered: Limb crashed into garage door during storm while I was out of the country. Daughter called Bubba's Overhead Doors to come out to give an estimate. They came out and changed out the door, found out the motor was also not going to work and I ordered new one. They will finish job in two days. I have no doubt it will be done right.
I called today for an appointment and they were able to send a service man this afternoon. He was very professional in fixing the breakdown and sprayed all necessary parts to keep our garage door opener functioning. Services Rendered: Reconnected wires that were not making contact and made the door inoperable.
Called Bubba's a little before 8 am and they were out to do the work around 10. work was finished by 10:45. Services Rendered: Our double garage door was backed into (oops!) and had a spool cable knocked loose, frame bent, and hinge bent. Bubba's came out the morning we called and repaired the damage (as much as possible on the frame and panels) and the door is in working order again quickly.
"Something went wrong" with garage door yesterday morning. Door was crooked and jammed in tracks... cable had unspooled on one side... Danny (the Bubba service tech) quickly identified root cause issue (bad hinge) and potential for other hinges to misalign and bind (too few screws in original install). Additionally he aligned tracks, lubed hinges and adjusted the opener. This morning all is right and garage door is rolling again. And it is rolling more smoothly and quieter than ever. They're a good company for garage doors. There a national franchise that is local owned and operated.I have an agreement with them and they come out twice a year and checked my garage door. I would give them an A grade. I will definitely use them again in the future. Services Rendered: They worked on my springs, for my garage make and sure its level.
Everything done in workman like fashion. Very pleased with the work. Services Rendered: The large spring on my overhead garage door broke late afternoon on 5-25-11. I called Bubba's early on the 26th. The service man was at my house before noon and went right to work repairing the door. Not only was the spring broken, the drums were badly worn and the the metal support frame on one side of the door bent. He replaced all damaged parts, and straightened out the support frame, all within an hour.
Over the weekend our double garage door would not open or close. I called Bubba?s Overhead Doors before lunch Monday. I received a call around 4:30 to let me know someone was on their way to my house to repair our garage door. Zack promptly arrived and quickly removed and replaced the door springs.
