Google5I had problems with my garage door not always cooperating and making horrific noise going up and down. Originally the plan was to make major overhaul changes and repairs. However "Ronnie" came out and worked the problems out and fixed everything without the major overhaul of the system. THANK YOU RONNIE!! Google5I called Overhead Door Company about a broken spring and broken chain on the door. They took care of it quick fast in a jiffy. Unlike their competitors that want to charge an arm and a leg. Overhead door company price was affordable and their staff was amazing. Their receptionist explain to me in detail about pricing and what needed to be done in order to get me back up and running. Their technicians were polite and handle the issue with eased. If I ever have any other issue with my garage door, I will make sure to reach out to this company again. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Overhead Door Company.

Google5True 24/7 service. I called with a broken spring this morning (Saturday) after a disappointing experience with another company with "24/7" service. I was treated with care and concern and was up and running in less time than I waited for the previous company to return my call (which they didn't do). Braden, the technician, was very friendly and professional. They will be my first call next time. By the way, I don't expect the actual service to go this way every time, I just expect to receive care, concern and professionalism even when I can't get what I need. That's the way I try to treat my clients and prospective clients.

Google5I called Overhead Door regarding garage doors we had installed back in 2016 questioning the fading doors. Our builder told us that's who he ordered the doors from. When I called I was greeted by a very sweet young lady and requested all the information, had me texted her photos and other info. They researched extensively. I even spoke with the owner, Mr. Townsend. Mr Townsend called me back and asked a few more questions. To my shock and surprise, we didn't order the doors from Overhead. Mr. Townsend personally kept asking questions and even though it was another company we purchased from, he researched the information and gave me the manufacturer's name and other details. What exceptional service given by him and his staff. Even though I made the big mistake, no shaming was given, they just wanted to help! Next job, it's Overhead Door for me. Thank you.

Google5When I damaged my OH door, Overhead Door Company of Tyler came quickly after hours to secure the damaged door and building. They took note of the materials to complete the repair. Had a slight problem getting the repair scheduled. But once scheduled the repair went flawless with professional service. They will be my go to for OH Door Service. Thanks!

Google5I had a great experience with this company. The service tech showed up on time and completed the job quickly. I was charged exactly what I was quoted over the phone. The charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Google5Best customer service I've experienced in a LONG time! Came out yesterday to service my door, was very kind. Helpful and speedy. Then the storms hit. I called today and they were great! Came right out and after thinking it wasn't able to be fixed, were able to make it workable until parts can be ordered and I can get a new door installed. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their door fixed, serviced or replaced! Very kind, quick and just overall GREAT to work with! Thank you!
