Google5Last fall the spring broke on our garage door and it required two people to open it. Because of space issues, we have to park one car in the garage in the winter so we needed it fixed ASAP. We followed a line of recommendations- for a friend who does garage doors, this or that company, "have you tried calling ________?, no returned calls, no interest in the job... it was weeks of this. I must have called every other place or person in MQT county that works on garage doors. Then, I don't remember what led me to finally call Overhead Door, but Pete was extremely responsive. He came out to look at the door right away and came back promptly to fix it. His price was very reasonable and he was pleasant to work with. A couple of weeks ago our door had another issue (long story, totally our fault). I contacted Pete and he was back to fix it in no time. Prompt, friendly, reasonably priced.

Google5We had issues with our garage door opening. Overhead Door came out and fixed it quickly and cost effectively for us. We have had Overhead Door garage doors for over 20 years and never have had a complaint. Whenever we have had issues they always get to them quickly and fix them the first time.

Google5Pete was extremely helpful on fixing our garage doors. He was very prompt to respond, inspect and repair what was out of commission. My family and I just moved back to the area and needed help with this matter ASAP. I highly recommend reaching out to the 'Overhead door company' if you need help with your garage doors. Definitely a great experience.

Google5My ancient, wall-mounted garage door opener button failed. I stopped by Overhead Door to see when I could get it repaired. Pete immediately followed me to my home and within minutes, he had replaced the remote button. I didn't expect that immediate service, but it made my day. Pete was polite and knowledgable. I would definitely use his company again. (Note: The company recently moved, websites & google searches are not yet updated. New address is 1009 W. Bluff St.)

Google5Fantastic professional service, great price! Called on Monday, Pete was fixing my garage door on Tuesday. Can not say enough how happy we are for getting this done so quickly. GREAT JOB!

Google5Called at 11am, had the owner at my house that day by 2:30. He took measurements, and returned the next morning and repaired the issue quickly and with no complications. Great work, great rates, no upselling, a real professional!

Google1Said they'd call to schedule a time to come assess my elderly grandmother's garage door that won't close. 2 weeks later they showed up unannounced and left without even knocking. Followed up with them to hear "we don't know if we have the parts to fix it. Will have to check the warehouse and call back in a week." It's been 2 weeks now with no word. Overhead Doors...You're fired.

Google1Called About our garage door not opening and they said they would send someone but did not give a time. A guy showed up unannounced and unscheduled and looked at our broken garage door, and said yep it's broken. He said they would return to fix it and would call to schedule a time. After waiting approximately two weeks we called and have called three more times, and left messages, I have never talked to a human being as far as I know. They have never returned a call or shown up to fix the door after 3 months from intitial visit.
