Google5I gave Cusworth a call to chat about pricing for a new garage door as I have never purchased one before. Instead of just giving a quote and pressing for the installation, Theresa took time to ask questions about my current setup. She provided some perspective and suggested that they can have someone come have a look at the current setup to see if it was necessary. They followed up in short order and after inspecting it, they suggested that a new door/opener could wait until absolutely necessary or refreshing the exterior. I am confident that I can squeeze some more time out of this set up and I will DEFINITELY reach out to them sooner than later when I am ready. AMAZING service. Thank you so much! An update: I asked them if they would install a new opener. They came within a day and the price they quoted was what they charged. Two great guys! The BEST!

Google5I called Cushworth Door and within 2 hours they were at my home and expertly and efficiently made repairs to our garage doors and replaced a garage door opener on one door. Would highly recommend!

Google5Thank you for your quick response and helping us with our garage door that broke days before we had to leave out of town. Everyone we encountered at Cushworth was very professional and efficient. Tom was very knowledgeable and gave great advice/suggestions. Google5Cusworth doors service and work was amazing. I called them on 7/5 for a full door replacement. I spoke with Theresa who was so kind and accommodating. she talked me through everything and got me a quote for insurance after hours the same day. 48 hours later and my door was installed. the two gentleman who came for installation today were so nice, worked fast (even in the blistering heat), cleaned up after themselves and were so pleasant to deal with. They went above and beyond to make a stressful situation easy for us.

Google5A cable broke on my garage door and I called Cusworth Door and Window Company at the recommendation of a friend. Within 24 hours my door was fixed with kind, professional service. The prompt service was very much appreciated. I highly recommend!

Google5I never write reviews, but these guys deserve it. I emailed them over the weekend requesting a service visit for a new garage door opener. Tom called the next day and scheduled me for service right away. Within 48 hours my new opener was installed and working. Their technician that came out to do the work, was polite, friendly and left the garage as clean as he found it. Great work all around. A++++

Google5Absolutely wonderful. My new garage door was installed in 24 hours of me calling them. My old door was damaged and taken down, hauled away and a new one put up fast and most importantly well. Hooked up my garage door opener as well. Very happy with the service and the price! Will absolutely recommend!

Angi5Men came the same day I called. Dispatcher kept me informed by telephone. Workers not only fixed the problem but did a complete check and lube of tract. I would definitely hire them again. Services Rendered: Fixed tract on automatic garage door opener.

Angi5After getting no response from the company we had used previously, we called Cusworth on Tues morning. They gave us an immediate appointment for that afternoon at 1pm. At 1pm, they were courteous enough to call us to let us know that they had been delayed by an emergency, and would arrive at about 3pm. They arrived right at 3pm as promised. The father/son team were courteous, nice and fun to deal with. They explained everything that they were doing. The entire job took only about an hour. We are extremely pleased with the results, and highly recommend this family run business. Services Rendered: They replaced a 20-year old LiftMaster garage door opener that had failed with a new equivalent model. They also serviced our other garage door opener. After the service, both doors were smoother and quieter than they had been in years.

Angi5Service was fine overall. Services Rendered: My garage door was damaged (I'm not saying who backed into it). I called Cusworth Door and the service guys were here in a little over an hour, went right to work and in a short time had the door repaired and working perfectly, actually seeming to work more smoothly than before it was damaged.

Angi5The entire experiance, first phone call to completion of the install, was a total pleasure!!!! The most delightful group of people with whom to work!!!!! So personable, so professional, so knowledgeable, so helpful!!!!! The business community would do well to mimic how Theresa and Thomas Dolan and son Zach deal with their customers and run their family-owned business! Services Rendered: First phoned them for information. Went to their showroom to firsthand see their inventory. Without hesitation we immediately set up a day/time for them to come to our house for measuring and an estimate. They ordered the doors and when they arrived they phoned up to set up a day/time for install. We were having no success locating someone to do some reconstruction on the actual garage door openings, mentioned that to them, and they offered up the name of a local construction company for us to contact if we so desired. We called them, they came out, they did the work and it was amazing! Then the garage doors got installed and totally transformed our driveway/garage area. The entire staff at Cusworth couldn't have been nicer. They were so helpful, courteous, professional, knowledgable, prompt, honest, nothing short of a pleasure to work with. Without hesitation we would whole-heartedly recommend Cusworth to family, friends, co-workers, neighbors. Can't speak highly enough of them as individuals or as a business.
