I am very very disappointed in the service I received from this company. I called over two weeks ago and told them I needed to have them look at an overhead garage door. They never called me back and a week later I called them again.They were apologetic and said that they had had a bad week. I set an appointment for the following week. They said they would be there at 8:30 and I would be their first appointment of the day. If I didn't take this appointment, I would be waiting for approximately four hours of my day for them to arrive anytime between 830 and noon . I took the first appointment and made other arrangements to get four kids to school. They never showed up and at 9 o'clock I called the office. They told me that their employee had been there at 8:15 and some lady let them in to the garage. I later found out that that was my tenant. They told me they were working out a quote, and that the garage door needed to be replaced. They based that decision without talking to me, and without reviewing my needs or concerns. I was not allowed to meet with their worker, tell him what I wanted, etc. I wasted my time this morning which I can't get back. My time is valuable and worth something. The man in the office that I spoke to told me he would be glad to send the worker back out if I wanted to sit around for the next four hours and wait for him to get freed up from other jobs They completely wasted my time. I would rather board up the garage and not have access to it then deal with this company. I will not do business with JM overhead door! They suck!

J M Door was fantastic. The track of our garage door was bent, and the garage door was not functional. From the time I called in the morning, there was a repairman at my door within 2 hours. Joe D had it fixed within a short period of time and it was as good as new for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend J M Door.
I called them after speaking to another company that was attempting to fleece me. They came the same day & not only repaired the spring, but fixed my door where it was broke. The price for the work was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the work & will recommend them to anyone that I know that need this kind of work. They have gained a customer for life when it comes to my garage door repairs or replacement.

Our commercial garage door fell off its track so we called JM Doors. They were quick to come the same day and get our door closed. But, they said they needed to order a rail and it would take two weeks for it to come in. Two months later and multiple frustrating calls, they claimed the rail came in and they lost it... basically gave us the run around. We begged them to finally come fix it (after two months of waiting) and they said they will try to find another rail and call us back within 24 hours. Well, we never got a call back and only got an invoice for the first day they came out to close the door. So we called "Beaton Industrial INC." and they had the door fixed and rail changed in less than 24 hours.
They got back to me right away and did a great job fixing the sensors on my garage door. We will definitely use them again!
JM Door was excellent to work with. My orders came in faster than expected and they offered convenient delivery. They also answered many design questions and offered suggestions that made my entire project work together perfectly. 10/10.
