I spoke with Ms. Taylor ( wonderful person,) made and appointment for Friday Aug 4th 2017, she said if they could get by earlier they would. Ms. Taylor called 8/3/17 and said they had an opening that day... Shawn showed up at the time he promised, installed the opener, adjusted the spring tension, and completed the replacement in less than 2 hrs. Everything was yes sir... I never received a "no we can't do that" and they cleaned up when they were done. When everything was done the bill was $3.00 less than quoted. Very satisfied ! Services Rendered: I needed to have a garage door lift motor replaced.

Outstanding Service--from the point of service call placed to the technician repairing the garage door. The AllStar technician was prompt, professional, experienced, and efficient! He quickly assessed the problem--replaced the broken springs, lubricated springs and rollers. The technician performed a complete inspection--checked the limits, operated the door manually, evaluated the door and operator lubrication, tension, rollers, tracks, cables, photo eyes, wires, and up/down force. A perfect experience. Will definitely call on AllStar again for all our garage door needs. Highly recommend AllStar! Services Rendered: Garage door would not open; the door springs were broken.

The technician removed the older gear drive opener and installed a new cable drive opener. Opener is much more quieter and also connected to my mobile apps so I know when it is opened and closed. Would recommend them and use them again. Services Rendered: Install a new opener.

Contractor showed up on time replaced the springs really quickly but I had to have him come back to install an additional brace because the door seemed to buckle a little when opening and closing. Not sure why after it had been running for five years without it. It is possible the door got some slight damage when the spring broke.The contractor seemed professional enough through the installation. He did miss an appointment we had after the springs were replaced to install the new brace. Had to reschedule for another day and this cost me some time from work. Services Rendered: Replaced both garage door springs and then had to come back to install an additional support on the door.

Great service! Garage Door was bent and off the tracks.... Thought it was going to have to be replaced but the repaired it in about 15 minutes. Very professional! Services Rendered: Repaired garage door that was supposeto be replaced for fraction of the cost!
