If you decide to go with this company be sure to tell him what model you have before he comes out to do the work. I called, let him know my garage was broken as normal, sent him pics, he said he can fix it, gave me his fee and came over. Well he gets there he looked at my door began critiquing it saw the motor and said "I don't work on Genie Models". Now correct me if I'm wrong but if I call a mechanic and tell them I have an issue with my car, they would ask for the make and model, correct? And if they can fix it, they'll let you know! So basically he charged me a $45 service fee for nothing. Yep, I funded his lunch/dinner for that day. Horrible way to do business. Just be mindful!

Locally owned and provides great service. Doesn't charge by the hour like most companies and staff is very friendly
