Perfect. I had a 20 year old unit that would not close. I had used Archway a few years ago to replace a bad spring. I called them and had a conversation about my problem in the hopes of salvaging the old dog, but all the solutions failed. After speaking with James about new units, I settled on a new Liftmaster. My have things changed! The latest Liftmaster units come with Wi-Fi and how quiet and smooth are the latest units! I had a garage door that I had built myself, 32yr ago, that was extra-tall (for my van at the time) and extra wide. It had become hard to operate and the new Genie I bought to open it failed in a week. I got a more powerful (3/4hp) Chamberlin opener and it worked OK for a couple of years, but as the door pivot mechanisms deteriorated, whenever the door got a little wet from the rain, it wouldn't open all the way. I got several estimates from different local garage door companies, but they all wanted to replace the door with segmented, metal roll-ups (which I don't like because of the overhead space they take). All except Archway. Archway suggested just replacing the pivot mechanisms, buying a 1 1/4hp Chamberlin, and they'd install the opener and the hardware for $900. Less than half the lowest estimate to replace the door. They came over about 9:30 and were done by lunch. Door works better than it every did. Services Rendered: Make my garage door open and close again.

I would like anyone considering their services that I would add that beyond the promptness and customer satisfaction... they were incredibly knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. As the movie review team of Roger Ebert and Gene Siskel in the 80's until 2010 would say, I would definitely give this organization and this team a 2 thumbs up rating. Services Rendered: I called at 11:30 The main scheduler called back at 12:30 pm. Then, at 3:10 Kevin and James called to say they were nearby and could fix the broken door today. They just left and in ~30 minutes they repaired a 2 door wooden door tracking and alignment plus 2 other issues.

Fantastic! I would highly recommend Archway. James was our lead on this and he was punctual, super friendly and did everything he said and fit it right at the quoted price. They even came back a day later to help fix a gate we were having troubles with the gentleman that did that was great and very quick. While he fixed the gate, James checked the garage doors made sure all was working well. A really great experience. Services Rendered: Replaced 2 garage doors, 1 full size two car door and the other a single car door.

I would highly recommend this company. I called to make an appointment for a quote on a Saturday. The office wasn't open so I left a voice mail. They immediately called me back and scheduled the appointment. James was right on time (actually early), was professional and knowledgeable about the products and work required to fix my door. He also showed up right on time on the date the work was to be done and finished early (here 2.5 hours). The door works wonderfully! Over the years, it had become out of alignment with the garage frame and he fixed it so it opens and closes smoothly. The stripping along the floor fits snuggly. The new motor is powerful and opens the heavy door all the way. Thank you, Archway!
