My garage door failed on Thursday night 11/10/2023. I called The Garage Door Doc at 6:10 pm and was immediately given an appointment that night by Catherine. She texted me the confirmation with the repair tech arriving between 8:00-9:00 am. I responded to her text and requested "the earlier the better". Ron the technician arrived at 8:10 am and completed the repair in 30 minutes explaining the reason why the garage door failed to open. I will completely endorse this company as they were prompt, professional, reasonable cost and their technician very knowledgeable with the repair. The owners must be very proud to have a technician such as Ron. Wonderful to have a great company here in Ventura County ! Tony Perez

My only concern was with the price quote given to me on the phone. It was significantly lower than the actual cost but no extra work was done. The person booking the appointment should probably defer to repair person before giving prices. The representative who did the repairs was very pleasant and helpful ! He came on time and finished in the time he estimated. He left the area clean. I recommended the company to my neighbor.

Our technician, Ron, was totally professional: knowledgeable, resourceful and Garage Door Doctor is blessed to have him doing service for them. We were given a clear description of what our repair entailed, at a fair price. Ron was done with the work in a very reasonable amount of time and shared some tips on how to maintain our garage door going forward. I highly recommend this company!

We've used Garage Door Doc twice (a couple of years apart). They stick to time schedule. Excellent workmanship and price! --- I keep their business card pasted on the garage. I don't look for another "Door Doctor"

Super service! I called on a Friday afternoon, they sent Ron out first thing Saturday morning. Ron was friendly, professional, and fast. Took care of my broken spring in no time. Their service order system is also great, with quick SMS notifications of appointment times, technician en route alerts, and completion receipts, I was never left sitting to wait and wonder. I am very relieved that they took care of my garage door so well.

When my garage door would open, I called the Garage Door Doctor. Scheduling a service call was a breeze. I appreciated the text message from the their office with his picture letting me know what our technician looked like before he arrived. Jason was on time, professional and did a great job. Amazing service! I was impressed with their expertise and professionalism. I called to see if I could get a quote and a service technician came out immediately and gave a good quote. I was able to get an appointment to do the job in a very timely manner that fit my schedule. Jason was very punctual and he worked hard to replace the seal on the bottom of my garage door. He was courteous and pleasant. I am completely satisfied with the work that Jason and the Garage Door Doc Co. did at my residence. I highly recommend this business to anyone in our community. This is who you want when your garage door opener quits on you. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We wound up replacing our old opener with a new one that is 1000% better than that old one. They installed it the next day at a very reasonable price. We were helped by Ron who knew the product inside out and answered all of our questions. And they are a local small business which is important to us. We highly recommend The Garage Door Doc.

Awesome service. Prompt, efficient and courteous. They did a "tune up" on my 17 year old garage door that was acting erratically. In and out in less than an hour. We had several estimates and are so glad we went with the garage door doctor. First the door is superior quality and makes nearly no noise when it goes up and down it's super quiet. Second the installation was just as you would expect. The fit was perfect, there was no mess, all the debris was gone, they took time to make sure we knew how to operate everything and that everything worked properly. Finally the price quoted is exactly what it was, there were no surprises, no we didn't expect this or that and had to charge more. I would say 100% we made the correct choice.

Thought I might need a a new garage door opener and had to have a new seal for the bottom of the door. Just needed new bulbs in the opener. The new seal is awesome. Tony was excellent to work with. Quick response and quick work. Fair pricing. Will definitely call them when I need garage door work done.

I called The Garage Door Doctor because my garage door wasn't opening or closing with either the clicker or the button on the wall. I had to open and close the garage door manually. The technician came and, of course, it worked fine. He was very courteous and did not charge me anything, although I offered to pay him for his time. This kind of service is very rare these days. I will eventually need to get my garage door opener replaced, and I will definitely use this business. I would highly recommend this business for its responsiveness and honesty.

I called on a Sunday in a panic because my garage broke. Ken text me back less than 20 minutes later. I explained the situation to him. He stated he could come the next day in the afternoon. When I told him I had an appt Monday morning at 10. He said it'll be the first appt at 8. Monday morning at exactly 8 am Ron was at my door. By 8:20 he was finished. Ron is very professional and courteous . I would very highly recommend this company. They have my business 100 percent! Thank you for displaying professionalism so early in the morning. I will be referring family and friends.

I have been having problems with my garage door so I called and was very happy to get a quick appt. Ron came out and explained to me what he believed the problem was. I told him that at this time I was not able to put much money into fixing my garage door, so he tightened the springs and oiled the hinges and did not even charge me. He was so sweet and I could tell how much he really cared about my situation. I will positively be calling them to replace my garage door motor as soon as I am able.
