Yelp5They replaced our motor, belt drive, sensors, door opening hardware, and gave us a couple openers. We had originally asked to have them replace the Door and Operating Hardware, but after a consultation from Phil, he advised that we focus only on the mechanicals serving the door, saving us about $1,400.00. They communicated clearly, showed up on schedule, and described what they were doing. You really couldn't ask for a better expereince. I refer these guys to my friends, family, and clients (Co-Owner of a Real Estate Agency).

Google5I needed insulated garage doors for a new shop this winter. I called Phil per a recommendation from a local contractor in Addison County. I had also called the other overhead door companies, and Phil had a competitive price, just a bit better than the others. The difference is that Champlain Door was able to deliver and install 2 weeks sooner than the others, and they did a great job. Very happy with the install and the professional service from the install team to Jessica in logistics. Thank you.

Google5Champlain door systems met or exceeded all of our expectations from our first contact with the office through the final installation process. We love the way the new garage door opener works. The employees that we either had contact with over the phone or visited our home we universally polite, professional and friendly. Their product knowledge and great communication was extremely helpful. They answered all of our question completely. The installation both looks and performs great. We would heartily recommend Champlain door systems to anyone considering this kind of work.

Google5Excellent experience from start to finish. They provided us with a few different options based on our budget, provided pictures so we could see what all the doors looked like on the house which made it sooooo much easier to actually picture different styles and colors. The installation was perfect, they were on time, very professional, friendly and they explained everything to me when they were finished. Top notch service! Wish they did more than doors, I would hire them for everything!

Google5I needed to replace my garage door. They were very quick to reply and get what I needed ordered. The technician who installed the new door arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He explained the work that he did and made some changes to avoid problems that I have had in the past. I'm pretty sure he left the garage cleaner than when he started. Would definitely recommend.

Google5Very positive experience. During the initial phase they were very helpful in suggesting different options and multiple quotes until we picked exactly what we wanted. Then the person who came to measure worked closely with our builder discussing various options for installation. Finally the installer was great and did a very professional installation.

Phil talked through several options with us as we considered repairing vs. replacing old doors and was extremely patient with our many questions. The installation was meticulous. BBB1Called Door Systems Worcester (formerly ****** Overhead Door) on 4/26/22 to repair a damaged garage door originally installed by the company. I was informed that since a panel of the door had to be replaced, a salesperson would have to look at the door and provide an estimate. The salesperson was 30 minutes late for the appointment on 4/28/22, looked at the door and immediately informed me they could not repair the door since they were not an authorized distributor for the manufacturer (******) and could not get parts.From Door Systems Worcester website: We also supply other major garage door brands as ***********************, Clopay Door, Amarr and ****** Overhead Doors. No matter the garage door brand you have, we can give you an after-sale service to replace a damage section or any part of hardware.Door Systems Worcester is not listed as an authorized distributor on the ****** Company website. They did not ask which brand of door I had (or check their own records from the original installation) and did not inform me they could not repair certain brands. It made no sense for them to make a sales appointment for this repair. Potential customers need to be aware of this business practice. At best, it is an extraordinary level of administrative ineptitude. At worst, it is an attempt to convert what should be a routine repair into a new door sale.

Yelp5I've been meaning to write this for a while. In October we ordered our doors after shopping around online. The prices were reasonable and Phil was prompt and communicative. The installer came a little early and did a great job installing the doors, which are beautiful. They look even better in person. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Champlain Door Company.

Yelp5They came to fix the garage door 3 hours after I called even though we live in Middlebury and they are based in Georgia, Vt. The technician diagnosed the problem in seconds. He installed new cables, replaced a couple of worn parts, lubed everything, and was done in less than 45 minutes. Couldn't ask for more.

It has performed very well and Champlain Door have always been able to service our door for routine maintenance as needed, in a courteous, timely and cost friendly manner.
