The whole process from meeting with the owner to discuss what we wanted done to having the windows installed was fantastic. They came when they said they were going to be here. They made an effort to clean at the end of their workday so I did not need to. They surprised us by not only replacing our windows, but putting in brand new windowsills and window Casements, I can't say enough nice things about this company they were wonderful to work with. We have an older home, and the windows were original and desperately needed to be replaced. Now we have confidence that this winter our house will be much much warmer. Thank you!

I had an addition to my home constructed several years ago, and Marvin windows were installed at that time. A few years later I was interested in replacing other windows in my home: in fact, every exterior window, except the ones in the addition. I chose Window World's windows Over the years, I became and continue to be more happy with the Window World units than with the Marvins. They are easier to open and close, much easier to clean, and never need painting. In the many years I have had them, there have been only two problems. One window seemed to fog in a small corner where a seal may have been compromised. A call and a visit took place the same day--the window was replaced with a new one and there was no charge at all. And just the other day a sash window had trouble in the track so that it would not stay open. This was nearly 15 years after the original installation. The same day, a repair was made and when I asked how much I owed for the visit and the repair, I was told that there was no charge. What more can I say? Window World makes excellent windows and provides professional service. And the lifetime warranty is the real deal. I recommend then without reservation.

Window World of the Green Mountains just finished replacing 12 windows and 2 storm doors for us. They did a great job! The crew was courteous and clean, worked quickly, and cleaned up everything. Zach was very helpful with explaining options, got back to us quickly when we had questions about the order. I would highly recommend this company.

Bait and switch. Was quoted a price after an on-site visit, and after asking to move forward, they increased the cost from the quote by 40%! No valid explanation why. Guessing they just didn't want to do the work. Wasted my time.

Window World of the Green Mountains is a wonderful company. From our first contact call through the installation of our windows, they cared about us as customers and went above and beyond any expectation we had for replacing our windows. Everyone we met was professional and considerate. The work crew was quick, efficient and there was no mess to deal with. The windows look really nice. We are so glad to have them as the cold weather approaches. I highly recommend this company. Zach, Deb, Kevin, and Trish and Don are awesome!

Man oh man would I love to give these guys a positive review. After hearing so much about window world and the great work they do I was very excited about having them replace all the windows and doors in my old house. Well it's been nearly six months and email after email I was told they would get back to me. I even sent photos of the house as they requested. Well they wont even show me the courtesy of returning my emails or even a phone call to say they can or can't do the project. They are either too busy or if it's just plain incompetence. I've made my own decision on that question. You can make your own.
