Not happy at all with the customer service. We special ordered some cabinets and the lady that took our order was very nice and helpful However, when it came time to pick up the order, we got called that it was in so we called our installer, set him up then came to pick it up and it was not complete. No one seemed to know where the rest of the order was So I had to cancel my installer and had to pay the trip fee cause he was there the next morning like he said he would be. I spent a nice chunk of $$$ at Home Depot and it's been very inconvenient and expensive with all the running around. I don't live in Victoria so I have to make time to keep coming back. They young lady working in "customer service" needs additional training on the service part...she was rude to another customer. Lots of confusion no one seems to know what's going on... Spent well over $1200.00
