Google5Jose sent his two men to work on our garage door which did not open. They were polite, courteous, quick. I appreciate their work, especially in this horrible heat. Thank you, Jose and employees.

Google5My door had to be unhooked & I was unable to fix it or open it due to a loss of my husband & a broken rib. I called Jose & he was here in 15 minutes minutes! Reattached my door & refused payment. Rockport Overhead Door is wonderful! Thank you Jose!

Google5RODC is a terrific business partner. With over 120 doors, we needed a reliable, available, competitively priced door company. RODC is all of that and more. Jose is personable, professional and prompt. Appointments are on time. Parts come with a warranty. Service is top notch. Have door issues? Call RODC.

Google5This is a wonderful company with superb customer service! I called Jose about a broken spring in the late afternoon and within 30 minutes he had Mike at my house and my spring was fixed fast and the door closes so much smoother now. Mike had all the parts needed on his truck. He also checked the entire assembly and made sure everything was in good working order and explained what he was doing and was glad I called in the problem as it could have ruined the motor if it had persisted. I highly recommend them and will call again for service or when I need new equipment.

Google5Called Jose on Friday morning before I had to leave for a followup doctor's appointment from surgery. Explained how my garage door broke last night and needed something done as soon as he could get to it. (Since I couldn't do anything due to my condition and I wanted my wife to be safe at home) Jose explained that they were very busy but he would do his best to try and drop by and look at the problem. Jose did drop by that afternoon before I got back from my appointment in San Antonio and told me what the issue was and he'd try to find the appropriate sized sill to repair it. Later that afternoon he did talk to me and assured me that he would try to find someone in his work group to come out to my house in Portland the next morning. Nathan called me around 10:00 AM and came out to repair my problem. Lets just say my house is a not very old Braselton Home but the garage door never did function properly and always sounded rough and anything but smooth, very jerky. After Nathan's repair, the door sounded and operated perfectly. I was so impressed with Nathan's work, the way he continuously keep checking things out over and over and making small adjustments, I knew I had someone working on my equipment who really knew what they were doing and someone I'd recommend to my friends. While I did feel the price was a bit high, I couldn't have been more satisfied and would gladly pay it again for the peace of mind and quality of work I received. Thanks Again Jose & Nathan!!! I will always call on you for any future issues of this nature and will recommend you to anyone who needs a similar service!!! Keith Morel, Portland TX

Google5Jose and his team were prompt, professional, and efficient in the repair of my garage door. Their were honest and fair in their pricing of the job, by the time they were finished the door was working even better than it had before. Definitely will recommend them to family and friends!!!!!!!!!!!!

Google5It's not very often that I write a review for a product or service, but in this case I felt compelled to share my experience so that those in the Rockport and surrounding areas can turn to an excellent business when necessary. One of the last projects to do in repairing our home from Harvey was our garage door. How refreshing to find an honest and reputable repair service. Those of us that have dealt with contractors (storm chasers) post Harvey know exactly what I am talking about. I called Jose to come and give me an estimate for the repairs. He arrived exactly at the time promised and updated me throughout the day prior to his arrival. After some troubleshooting he advised me that my garage door needed new springs and wheels. Due to the size of my door, which is quite large, required springs that he did not have in stock and would have to be custom made. The very next day Jose drove to Austin to get them made. Awesome customer service!!!! Once back in town he made the necessary repairs and the door worked perfectly. So----I am now thinking that my bill is now going to be much larger than his initial quote due to the time spent by Jose traveling many hours to get the custom springs. NOPE. My bill was exactly what he quoted as if they were stock items. No hidden fees, no no-shows, no surprises----just honest, dependable, professional, fair-priced service. For all these reasons, I wholeheartedly recommend Rockport Overhead Door Company to get your doors working as they should. Thank you Jose for being a stand-up guy and I wish you the best in your business.
