Easy to communicate with and very nice ladies every time I call them. I like their text messaging system. Always on time with their ETA's. Rick might not remember but the multiple times we've had issues with our garage door, he has been fixing it most of those times. He's very professional and does a very good job at fixing it and servicing our spring. Appreciate him reminding me to change the system because it's old. Lol. Also, like how he gives us the magnet at the end. Helps me remember what number to call for any issues. Thanks for a job well done!

Highly recommend Gararge Door Repair & Installation Co. They came out the very next day and the staff are courteous and helpful. Rich was very knowledgeable and skilled and exceeded my expectations. Richard and his staff were communicative, efficient, honest and timely. I called a d was able to get scheduled in less than 3 days. He was able to figure out the problem with my garage door and offered me options on how to best proceed. Richard also adjusted the sensors and replaced my garage door button. He serviced everything and left the door better than new. Would definitely recommend.

Called this awesome company because I was doing a repair on a middle pillar post of a garage opening. Something didn't look right with the existing garage door tracks. Richard came out and inspected them and got us back on track so we could finish our repair. The experience was great from my call into them, the text reminders that they were on the way and Richard's professionalism and friendliness when he arrive. Will totally recommend them in the future to my Clients.

I had my Garage Door repaired in Tulare, by Angel, and Cameron, (very nice techs). They were punctual and very knowledgeable of the business. I was given a full explanation of what repairs I would need, as well as a recommendation of what parts I should I replace. The job consisted of replacing the springs and hinges. At the end of the job, I was advised how to keep up the maintenance every six months. Excellent customer service and very helpful information was given. I would definitely recommend this company, and these technicians!
