When the overhead springs on a single 2-car garage door finally broke, there was no way to get the door open! Oops!! A call was made to Aladdin. Steve came out with replacement items and took care of it almost immediately!! Thank goodness! Super nice guy as well as his assistant. They are definitely on my list for contact if there is EVER anything again that requires help. Highly recommend Aladdin for the job you may have.
I was so pleased with Rick and Theresa. They came out instantly, had the parts necessary to fix my older garage door, and worked so fast to get the job done. Their prices were fair and they did a great job! I'll definitely be calling them again!

Absolutely the best service you can get. We had a broken spring they fixed the following morning after leaving a message the previous afternoon. It was repaired better than new. I highly recommend Aladdin for your garage door needs.
Super impressed with the team that came out! Squeezed us into their schedule same day because there was enough time to come by and take a look at our garage door and ended up repairing it entirely the same afternoon! The only obvious issue was a loose cable and a broken connector, but they also replaved/repaired a bunch of stripped bolts, dents, and realigned and readjusted the frame. Our garage door operates SO much more quietly now! Very efficient, professional, and it's clear they work as a close team as each worked on different parts of the door without interrupting the other. VERY reasonably priced as well! Highly recommend and would definitely patron again!
The coil on my garage door broke, with my car stuck inside, the worst! I called and left a voicemail for Rick with Aladdin, and I had a call back within 15 minutes and said they could be out within an hour. He was very kind and polite, and so easy to work with! This was our first experience with Aladdin, and will be the only garage door company we use in Waco moving forward. I highly recommend them!! So thankful for the quick response and repair!

I had a garage door that would not open automatically. I disconnected it and was opening it manually until several of the rollers broke. I called Aladdin and they graciously came out on a Saturday morning and worked on the door, replacing the rollers and adjusting the rails, cable, and spring until it worked like brand new. They did NOT charge enough for their service. The price was great, and the door works great. I would highly recommend them. On top of the great service, they were super nice to deal with, professional, and extremely courteous.
Saturday, they came right out, very responsive. My wife told me repeatedly that they were super courteous, helpful and fixed the problem by adjusting stuff. They did identify that the gear needed replacing. They asked us to call when we could have them come back. We called Monday and they worked us in. The not only replaced the gear, but also cleaned out the spider webs, replaced the missing light bulb and replaced the button on the wall control that the previous owner had smashed. The owner was also helpful, knowledgeable, kind, but was very meticulous and complete. He adjusted the chain and his helper oiled all our joints in the doors (they said you need to do this oiling every three months). They are definitely my choice if I need a replacement, repair or any garage door need. Wonderful! Services Rendered: Garage door was closing, but the immediately reopening

I managed to knock my garage door off the track and it fell on me. Thankfully I called Rick and his team and they were able to fix my problem door. I have to say they were professional, fast and friendly. I highly recommend this vendor should you require repairs or new install.

They knew exactly how to fix it. The price was absolutely reasonable. I appreciated them responding so quickly to help me out of a jam, especially since it was a door they didn't install. My garage door (installed by another company) had fallen off the tracks in the open position, was unable to close, and was in danger of collapsing into the garage. Aladdin came out and fixed it very quickly, preventing further damage and hassle.
Rick was timely and responsive to all of our questions before we selected his company to replace a 40-year old overhead garage door. He requested 50% down payment which was reasonable as it was a special-order door. He made arrangements for the installation work as soon as he received the door. His technician came at the scheduled time and did a very through job of the installation and was courteous and responsive. We were very satisfied with every aspect of our dealings with Aladdin Overhead Door Company and recommend that this organization be considered by anyone requiring their product. Owner and technician showed up on time got right to work. I was concerned I needed a new door entirely but Rick was able to fix the door and get everything back to like new condition, he even fixed the button in the garage to function better. I would highly recommend Aladdin to anyone and will definitely use them again. Very professional and reasonable price. They also looked at my fathers garage door and did a tune up on it and he explained some problems such as a cracked upper panel and bad spring design. He gave us a great price on a new door complete ad we are going to have it installed latter this week when he can get to it. It was excellent. He was able to come out the same day I called. I had one broken spring which he said was $120 to replace. If I wanted both replace it was $175. He didn't try and pressure me, just pointed out that the other spring was as old as the broken one and since the cost was minimal compared to the first spring, it made sense to me to go ahead at replace both. While he was fixing the springs he noticed that the garage door opener track was missing a couple of bolt that caused it to sag. We just bought the house, so didn't notice anything was wrong. I watched him put new bolts in and the track raised about 2 inches. He then tested the door opening and closing. Seemed good to me, but him and his wife (they are a team) noted that the chain needed tightening. He did that too and I could tell that it opened more smoothly. He stated, "If your going to do something, let's do it right!" I found his work ethic refreshing. So many people only do the bare minimum these days. I would have never know that the door needed bolts or the chain needed tightening until it stopped working or broke and I had to call him back out. I will definitely use them again if I need a garage guy and highly recommend them. Services Rendered: Replaced 2 big springs, adjusted chain and secured garage door opener track.
