I had a great experience with this company. James, my service tech was polite, professional, and friendly. He did the tune-up quickly and even showed me how to do a few simple maintenance things with the springs/rollers myself. I highly recommend this company and make sure to ask for James as your tech if possible!
My garage door wasn't closing. I was able to get a same day appt within two hours. John arrived ,(with a cup of coffee for me!!) diagnosed the issue, and educated me on preventive measures. Excellent job!!
I had great experience with Precision. The technician, James, did a great job explaining the process of working on it. He performed a very thorough inspection of the door. He was very friendly and professional. If I could give James more than 5 stars, I would. My door was not working properly so he installed two new springs. I am very happy with how the door operates now. I highly recommend Precision for an issues anyone have and in need of garage door repair. Thank you James and Precision for your fast response to work on my garage door. Took less than 2 hours for James to arrive.
We had a spring that broke on our garage door on a Friday night before the New Year's weekend. Everything was fixed by 9:00 am on Saturday morning. We couldn't recommend Precision or Dustin that did the work more highly. Professional, courteous, competent. At a time when customer service seems to be disappearing, they certainly came through for us.

I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and customer service. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I was treated with respect and courtesy. The technician, John, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in a timely manner. I was also very impressed with John's communication skills. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Precision Garage Door of Waco. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door repair.
We had a problem with our garage door today and called to set up an appointment. I was fortunate enough to get booked for the same day as it is the day before Thanksgiving. We had such an amazing experience from start to finish, from the moment I called to set up an appointment, to receiving a call from John letting us know he was on his way and through the entire visit. John was extremely generous and helpful in explaining the issue we were having and offered several options for us to be able to resolve the problem we were having. He was extremely professional and courteous. He insured we were 100% satisfied and all questions resolved. We had a great chat as well and got to know him some in the little time we had. It was quick and I would HIGHLY recommend this company for all your garage door needs. I'm partial but I would suggest to ask for John G. Considering a rollup v panel door, and after e-shopping around a bit, talking with others garage door "experts". Precision Garage Door of Waco were by FAR the most helpful answering questions. The difference between the others and Precision was KINDNESS! Regardless of purchase or not, while in shopping and information gathering phase, Every Time, it was Precision Door actually helping us! The others were bad mouthing eachother, and Precision was just Warm and Welcoming EVERY TIME! That was the biggest reason I chose Precision Garage Door of Waco! James Ward the technician who installed our two new garage door openers was spectacular. His knowledge of the products was fantastic and his explanation of how the new system worked was great as well . Even more impressive was his friendliness and his outgoing personality that made this experience wonderful. Products that were installed work great .
