Had a fantastic experience today with Moshi who did a completely new installation of my garage door system in a quick and efficient manner. I called the company today and he was at my house within an hour. I would highly recommend Moshi and this company for quality work!

Dear 495 GARAGE DOOR Management, You have a technician whose name is Moses. He just left my house. I would recommend that he be asked to complete a refresher course on Customer Service as soon as possible. 1. He arrives at my home and tells me he is here and tells me to "open the garage door"; had he read the work order he would know the garage door does not open. Hence, the reason for the service call. 2. He doesn't introduce himself or anything, just walks right in. I said, Excuse me, my name is David, and your name is?...as I extend my hand to shake his. 3. He does a review of the repair issue and tells me what the problem is, and a few minutes later he said he contacted the warranty company and told me what they would and would not cover and what my out of pocket cost would be. 4. Because I am aware of my policy coverages, I told him that I did not agree with that and I would need to contact them to verify. I called the warranty company and they informed me that he had not reached out to them to obtain authorization of what was and was not covered. So he was not being honest. I have filed a complaint with the home warranty company which will be reviewed by their contractor services department. When you know better, do better. For the sake of the company, I hope he learns how to do BETTER! Thank you & Good Luck.

I had the pleasure of working with Moshe. He provided excellent service when my garage door went off the track. In a bit of a panic, I called 495 Garage for emergency assistance, and to my surprise, Moshe arrived within 2 hours (even though it was snowing!). He tackled the issue, managing to get the garage door back on track in just 45 minutes. Moshe's quick response and solution made the whole experience hassle-free, and I really appreciate his professionalism. I will definitely use 495 Garage's services again in the future.

Today 495 Garage Door technician, Hollis, came out after I called about the operation of one of my recently repaired garage doors. He assessed the issue and was able to remedy it. He also made me aware of additional maintenance needed to ensure the safe and quiet operation of the doors. I've been very happy with 495, their customer service over the phone (Sarah), and their technicians. Hollis just added to my confidence in depending on them to keep my garage doors operating properly. I use my garage for my cars. It is extremely rare that my cars are left outside, so my garage operation is very important to me. I'm happy that I have a dependable company to take care of this for me.

It was such a pleasure to work with David and 495 garage doors! In my 20 years of running a small business with multiple locations and managing home maintenance needs, David was probably the single best technician I've ever worked with. Sincerely. He was knowledgeable with a great can-do attitude, straightforward, transparent (with great communication), fair with what felt like a very genuine desire to serve his clients. And on top of all that, he had a very upbeat, positive personality. I will look forward to working with this company - and specifically with David - again!

I am pleased with the repair services provided by 495 Garage Door and the technician Isaac. I recently had my Garage door go bad and became unoperational. My Home Warranty assigned this company to fix my issue. I am impressed with the promptness and the quality of the service provided by them. They kept me informed throughout the process right from setting up the appointment, assigning the technician, when technician is arriving with real time tracking through their ticketing system until the issue got resolved. Isaac did a great job in identifying my issue and replacing the broken torsion spring.Thank you 495 and Isaac for your prompt help. I really appreciate it!

Michael was incredibly professional and helpful. He diagnosed our problem quickly, gave us our options, and went right to work. He didn't try to sell us on anything and 2 hours later we had a working garage door finally. I will be reaching out to 495 and requesting Michael for all of our future needs, as well as recommending their services to anyone who asks.

An outstanding business. The serviceman who did the job of repairing our garage door was highly competent and greatly concerned about the job being done in a highly professional manner. Careful to explain how the job could be done, we never showed any resentment to my many questions about what was necessary to complete the work effectively. Personable, he took time to answer my series of questions in a mature and respectful manner. Certainly, my family would use this firm again for a similar or different need, without hesitation. Their price for the work was mist reasonable, as well!!

As a 1st time home owner I was devastated when my garage door broke and had my vehicle locked inside for 2 days. Special thanks to my Technician Moshe at 495 for being very considerate, helpful, understanding and professional. He went over and beyond to get me assistance after my home warranty company did not cover all that was required. Moshe discussed every detail and provided me with two affordable options to get my garage door fixed and working properly with not one but two springs now. Thank you 495 & Moshe for everything.. I will be sending anyone in my development with garage door issues you alls way.

I had a service call through a home warranty. First of all, the appontment time was change last minute and a guy finally showed up around 4pm. Second, my garage door opener was not working properly. When the service tech showed up he didn't do anything, he just push a button on my opener and pushed it again then asked me to pay my co-pay $75. I thought he fixed the issue, but he didn't. Without telling me what's wrong with my garage door opener he tried to sell me a $350 tune up package for my perfectly working door. I wanted him to fix the opener but he was completely ignoring what I said. After that I asked about if my opener is fixed, he said no, my opener is too old and need to be replaced. MY OPENER IS NOT OLD, and the purpose of the service call was to have him to fix the opener. At least open the door opener and do a diagonosis. He didn't even bother to check it or use a ladder to see what's going wrong. He also tried to sell me an opener for $1000. The technician stayed for 10 minutes and spent 9 minutes trying to sell me extra "services" that could cost around $1000. So I paid $75 co-pay through my warranty and nothing was being done. This company is shady and scam and I am going to work with my warranty company to get this refunded. The terrible sloppy technician's name is Issac per dispatch's email. Update:2 days after they didn't do anything but charged me $75 co-pay. I did a youtube research and I fixed the issue by myself! It costed me $6 and a run to Walmart, so the issue was the garage door antena opener's receiver need to be extended so I extended the electrical wire of the signal receiver and I diagnosed the issue with a few minutes of research on youtube. Now my garage door is working perfectly and do not need to be replaced. 495 Tech Issac did not even care to diagnose my garage door but insisted on selling me "packages" and replacing my garage door for opener for $1000. That tells me what kind of shady company they have. AVOID THIS COMPANY. IAM ALSO OPENING A CASE WITH THE BBB. Services Rendered: Fix the garage door opener

Very honest about what needs to be replaced, or fixed as well. Goes the extra mile to make sure customer is happy. I've found their prices and schedule coordinator are also great.

The chain drive on my opener seemed to fail. Called them on Friday and scheduled repair for Sunday. Samir showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me the cost and went to work. Anthony was very courteous and helpful. Answered any questions that I had. Replaced my keypad and didn’t leave until I was satisfied with my repair. I would use them again and I’ve already referred them to my sister if she ever needs service to her garage. Please, never use this company. Save your money! We have a home warranty with Old Republic. Regrettably, they sent us 495 Garage Door Inc. when our garage door stopped working. This is truly the worst company I have dealt with in my entire life, and I am 50! The customer service reps are extremely rude and useless. We had an issue with the garage door not closing and the door opener light not working. The technician came to our home, stated one of the door sensors is not working and the light socket needs to be replaced. He went to his truck, pulled out an old sensor, and replaced ours with an old sensor! These sensors only cost $5 new, but no, he replaced it with the old one. He then stated he doesn't have any light sockets in the truck, so another technician will come out and replace the socket tomorrow. He did, however take a check for $75, for a five minute job and used part. A couple of days passed and no one came. I called them and inquired when someone could come and finish the job. They stated the technician would call. Of course, no one called. I then placed another 4 phone calls over then next two weeks, all of which ended with a rude customer service agent stating "the technician will call", which never happened. After so much time wasted on this issue, I called Old Republic, our home warranty provider to get some type of resolution. They contacted 495 Garage Door Inc. who stated: We replace the light socket as a courtesy to our customers and we decided not to replace theirs. First of all, that's discrimination, plain and simple. Second, the technician did not state that when he was at our home. He clearly stated to me and my husband that a technician would be coming the next day to change the socket. Third, during 5 different phone calls, not one person made that statement. Not one of reps stated no one was coming. Quite the contrary, they stated the technician would contact us to arrange a time to come finish the job. Fourth, even if they do it as a courtesy, the technician made a commitment on behalf of the company. The company is required to honor their commitment. Done waste your time, energy and money on this company. They are rude, extremely unprofessional and discriminatory. They never keep their commitments but are very quick to take your money.
