Google5We had a fabulous experience with A&A Garage Doors & Gates. Wesley was super helpful in coming up with a solution for our garage door situation (We own a big heavy wood door) and had everything ordered in less than a week. Wesley showed up on time, with a great attitude and a mask and knocked the job out quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company and Wesley!

Google5You will find great people and an honest company at A&A Garage Door Repair. Everyone from the top down in the company is outstanding- from first communications for a quote to the day of completing the work. Collin, the technician I had the pleasure working with, replied to my quote request minutes after I posted it, even though it was late evening. He was not pressuring me at all, and unbelievably gave me a quote with parts + labor + tax right there. I still did my due diligence and shopped around, but I still came back to A&A Garage Door Repair because he had better reviews, up front with pricing, and not pushy at all. It also just so happened that he quoted me lower than the 3 others I researched in Waldorf area. After accepting, I got a call the next day from Collin who is very polite and she set up an appointment for me the following work day. Showed on the agreed time and had all parts to make the door work within an hour. Can't get better than A&A.

Google5Our sectional garage door had a mechanical malfunction late in the afternoon and was not able to close at all. A&A Garage Door Repair were able to send a very friendly and thorough technician (I cannot remember his name right now, but he was great) that was able to get our door operational by 7 pm that evening. We were immensely grateful that we did not have to manage through a night with our garage door open. Best company you will find in Waldorf.

Google5My garage door did not operate all of a sudden, I googled and found A&A Garage Door Repair and saw good reviews and called. I talked to a very pleasant person (Collin) and described the issue. He sounded very knowledgeable and sent me a video that solved my issue. Free advice? Well, still exists in 2021 :) I will be a customer if any issue comes up with my garage door in the future. Thank you Collin for your help, highly appreciated and glad to return a favor by reviewing your services.

Google5Replaced 2 torsion springs on our overhead door. The cool thing was that they have with them all types of springs. So I did not need to wait for them to order the springs. On our first appointment I got the springs changed and the door working like before. This is what I consider true experts, and A&A Garage Doors & Gates is the one that made me write this review. We thank you for repairing our overhead door.

Google5It didn't went so smoothly at first, I thought I was being over charged. But after another garage door supplier couldn't deliver what he promised, I called A&A Garage Doors & Gates. Paid what they asked for and got the job done by experts. So if you need garage door service, don't try to save that few dollars and call use an expert. The only way to go. Thank you A&A Garage Doors & Gates for fantastic service, and sorry for being little suspicious at first.

Google5A&A Garage Doors & Gates made our overhead doors working again the wait they should work like. We got so many different excuses from other garage doors suppliers, but only A&A Garage Doors & Gates were able to make the doors work properly. And for being so good I am glad to rate their garage door repair service 5 stars.

Google5A&A Garage & Gate repair is a company we hired to to supply and install for us three new garage doors at a project me managed in Waldorf MD. Estimate was reasonable, and they were able to keep the agreed scheduled times for installation. New garage doors came out as expected. White color garage doors with a wide window section. Also new openers were installed. Ones can be controlled using WiFi as client requested. Overall A&A Garage & Gate repair were easy to work with, and performed professionally.
