Google5I called Advanced Garage Doors because I had a broken spring on my door. They were quick in responding to my problem. Sam arrived promptly on time and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He was very professional and respectful to me and he completed the job in a timely manner. He also replaced some bolts on the doors and lubricated the tracks and rollers in addition to the 2 new springs. I highly recommend this company and will use them in future. Thank you Sam.

Google5I enjoyed working with Advance Garage Doors (AGDs). From scheduling to arriving on time to inspecting the garage door weight and all kind of spec's, I was not disappointed by choosing AGDs to fix my system. Erik was very professional and informative.

Google5Extremely professional and responsive. I had 2 wheels that fell off my door and Sam immediately arrived and replaced them and made sure my sensors worked as well. Please use their service for your garage door needs

Google5Tuesday evening (unbeknownst to us), the spring on our garage door broke. We heard a noise from inside the house but when we went out to the garage, we didn't know what had happened. Then, Wednesday afternoon, while I was at work, my wife said she was having problems with the garage door. That night after the kids were in bed, I finally figured out, our spring broke. Thursday after some YouTube research I figured out what it would cost me in $$$ and time to repair it myself..not to mention the days the garage would be out of service while I waited for parts to arrive. I called Advanced that Thursday afternoon. Their price was very reasonable. They were there Friday morning and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend calling them for your garage door needs!!!

Google5The is my second time working with them. Once again I had an excellent experience with AGD. We did troubleshooting over video and quickly determined my problem. Once I had ordered all the parts we scheduled the time and they installed my new opener within 1 hour of arrival. They cleaned up really well and helped my wife setup the new door code. Price was very reasonable, would recommend and use again.

Google5Called them on Thursday about replacing the bottom panel of one of my garage doors. (I had mistakenly backed into it.) Sam had me send some pictures and he got back to me with a quote, which I accepted. His guy came on Monday as promised and quickly installed the new panel. He did a great job. The panel is perfectly aligned and matches the rest of the door. I am very pleased. Highly recommend.

Angi5You only need to make one call and that is to Sam. I got three quotes for a new garage door and Sam beat everyone hands down. Not only did I get a good price but was impressed with his use of technology for quoting and contract signing. Technology is not only at play here. His installer Jose was awesome and installed a double garage door by himself. Jose told me he had 21 years of experience and it showed. I was very curious how the door was to be installed and Jose took the time to show me. He explained things as if I were a new helper. Advanced Garage Doors are a professional outfit and will be on my recommendation list. Thanks, Sam and Jose for a job well done! Services Rendered: New Garage Door

Angi5The technician was on-time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He really cleaned up a shoddy garage door installation job from the previous homeowner and went above and beyond... he stapled down hanging wires, properly anchored the wall-mounted garage door opener button, coiled excess wire, and more. He tightened the chain, lubricated the door rollers, adjusted the closing pressure. Great job very happy with the work and the performance of the door-- much better. Angi5Sam is excellent. He didn't have to send me a Youtube Video on how to fix my garage door sensors but he did and I am so grateful. If I ever need any garage door repairs, Sam's my guy! I will be using Advanced Garage Door for all of my future needs. Services Rendered: I thought that I needed a technician to come out and service my garage door because it wouldn't open. Turns out that my sensors were realigned. Sam, the owner, sent me a Youtube video for how to fix it ---free of charge!
