Was recommended Billy Doors by a friend and he did not disappoint! He was able to come out same day within a couple ours of me calling. I needed both springs and 4 pulleys replaced. He was upfront about fees and pricing, after the job was done he helped me get my keypad door opener working as well. He also did not try to sell me on anything unnecessary like replacing the motor, etc. He was very professional and courteous. I strongly recommend him for garage door repairs!

Billy tried initially help me troubleshoot my garage door closing Problem over the phone free of charge, but I was not good at it after several attempts. He came over and fix the problem efficiently. He also inspect all my garage doors and show me the proper maintenance as well. Billy is very friendly and gives professional service .

6:30pm on a Monday and we couldn't get our garage door to close after many attempts by my husband cleaning the sensors, fiddling with the wires, etc. I called Billy Doors expecting to leave a message and he picked right up! He gave clear instructions so we could pinpoint the issue. Within 5 minutes we had the door shut and within another 5 minutes he gave my husband all the steps he needed to fix the problem. Our garage door is old and apparently whoever updated the wiring did it poorly, so when it needs another fix or a replacement, I know who to call. Thank you so much for your help!

Billy was GREAT!! He answers the phone, responses quickly with his availability. He arrives promptly, very knowledgeable and went out of his way to lubricate my garage door & align my sensors which was not included in my service call. I learned things about my garage door that I never knew although I've been a homeowner for over 20+ years. Indeed Billy is now my go to garage door professional, I truly appreciate his exceptional service & expertise. His friendliness, smile & sense of humor were an added bonus.

Billy and his son Will are responsive, conscientious, knowledgeable, fair, and prepared. Garage door mounts were fixed and doors sealed in about an hour. You can expect the best fix with no hassle, done once and right, kind and courteous to work with. I would post a pic, but it wouldn't show you how quiet my doors are compared to before. 10/10 recommended.

Huge shout out to Billy Doors. I had a problem with my garage door. I called and spoke to someone who walked me through the steps to fix the problem. Within 5 minutes, my door was working again. I had called several other garage door companies and spoke to receptionists who just wanted to schedule a visit and charge a visit fee. So refreshing to find someone who was willing to help just to be kind and professional. I will certainly call on them again if I ever have a problem. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend. Not only did Billy answer the phone immediately over the weekend but he was here first thing Monday morning with his son Will. They replaced our garage door spring, balanced the door, and adjusted the rails, all under 30 minutes - with a little friendly chat in between. They were extremely pleasant to talk to and incredibly polite (even worried about their van blocking our neighbors). I will never need to find another garage repair crew.

The spring of our garage door broke last Friday evening. After a quick web search we called Billy Saturday morning hoping, at best, to arrange an appointment for early next week. To my surprise, Billy was able to fit us in that afternoon. He provided an estimate over the phone and showed up promptly. He completed the job quickly and also took the time to trouble shoot a couple of other issues for us. His price was great, he wore a mask the whole time, and did an excellent overall job. He clearly loves what he does and he shares his knowledge and expertise with his customers. In Billy we have found our go-to person for any future garage door issues. I highly recommend him!

They were superb. It was great. They came out the day after I called them. They did a terrific job, couldn't have been better. Services Rendered: They repaired a broken spring and they basically tuned up/tightened the garage door, adjusted the motor, greased the rails and put safety cables on the springs.

Billy was wonderful, probably the best experience I've ever had with any service provider. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, kind and overall a good person. Lubricated all necessary parts, installed a vibration isolation kit, performed checkup/tune-up, thoroughly explained what he did and why he did it, gave multiple tips on maintenance, took his time answering all questions. Noise/vibration was reduced significantly. Even gave tips on how to calm down our newborn! Services Rendered: Reduce vibration/noise coming from the garage door system

We have used Billy Doors for years to repair our aging garage door. Billy is always a pleasure to work with. It came time to replace the door and motor and we looked to Billy - the replacement job was excellent. He walked me through the options and suggested cost-saving measures as well. He installed the door and new motor and patiently explained all of the features to my wife and me, and followed up by phone the next day. Often, contractors and repair companies are frustrating to deal with, either because they are not on time, do not return calls or try to overcharge or upsell more products or services. Billy Doors is honest, trustworthy, responsive and responsible - I wish every home contractor was as good as Billy. Bottom line - he does what he says he will do, when he said he will do it, and at a fair price. I highly recommend Billy Doors for any garage door repairs or replacements. I recommend Billy Doors, and will use him for future garage door needs. Services Rendered: Our garage door would only close half way, then open back up. Billy adjusted the door sensors and suggested reinforcing both garage doors which had begun to crack. Billy also made adjustments to both garage door openers and lubricated all of the rollers.
