So I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Cardinal Garage Door Services and will be doing multiple review on every platform. They are by far the best company that I have worked with in so many years....not just garage doors but any company. They only do doors and openers and everything associated with them but they should be your go to company for anything/everything garage door. I called them yesterday....they were here today...they immediately diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and quoted a price. NO upsale...NO screwing around....NO trying to get me to do anything but get the door fixed. I missed the name of the repair man but he was super friendly, knowledgeable and quick...dang he was quick. I asked him about a new opener as ours is 15-20 years old...he recommended several and had his favorite but did not try and sell me one...just told me the price either with the buying or for them installing one...which is super reasonable. I am very, very, very happy with this company and their work (PS - he greased, oiled, maintained every inch of the door and hinges, screw drive with out being asked...when has that ever happened...yeah, never). If you need your garage door worked on, new ones installed, maintained, whatever - this is your company - hands down.
