Rodriguez from Cardinal just replaced both torsion springs and made it all working smooth with finishing touches and fixes -- all included in the quoted price. He was here on time and finished the job very quickly. We got his business info from friends at our church and will be happy to refer him to anyone needing top-shelf, professional service. So I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Cardinal Garage Door Services and will be doing multiple review on every platform. They are by far the best company that I have worked with in so many years....not just garage doors but any company. They only do doors and openers and everything associated with them but they should be your go to company for anything/everything garage door. I called them yesterday....they were here today...they immediately diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and quoted a price. NO upsale...NO screwing around....NO trying to get me to do anything but get the door fixed. I missed the name of the repair man but he was super friendly, knowledgeable and quick...dang he was quick. I asked him about a new opener as ours is 15-20 years old...he recommended several and had his favorite but did not try and sell me one...just told me the price either with the buying or for them installing one...which is super reasonable. I am very, very, very happy with this company and their work (PS - he greased, oiled, maintained every inch of the door and hinges, screw drive with out being asked...when has that ever happened...yeah, never). If you need your garage door worked on, new ones installed, maintained, whatever - this is your company - hands down.

I thought the price was reasonable. They came out very quickly. I had to step out for about fifteen minutes. He pulled up as I was leaving to pick my daughter up. I asked him to wait, and he waited for me. He helped the UPS guy with an package. He was an nice guy. He was the brother of the owner. He told me to oil certain parts to keep it from doing it again. He showed me the brand of oil he used, and where I can get it from. He did everything we needed him to do. He was very nice. The price was pretty reasonable. They came out quickly. I called him at nine in the morning, and they were here at noon. The told me whoever answered the phone wouldn't be here until four, and we had things to do, and they called and told me they had switched things around, and was able to come before four. I was expecting the price to be a little more. Services Rendered: The garage had come off the rails, and they had to repair it. They did some general maintenance. He oiled everything, to make sure it would roll smoothly.
What great service. They didn't try to up sell us. They didn't have a problem installing a specific Opener brand even though they didn't sell it. On time for inspection and actually installation These guys are our service provider for good. Services Rendered: Purchased two new doors and installation of one existing Opener and one new Opener
This company is terrific. They responded immediately, came out the next day and fixed everything beautifully. Since I had asked for a new keypad, they could have sold me one. Instead, they told me it was an easy remedy and I did not need a new keypad. Then they cleaned and oiled everything and the door is so quiet now, not scratching against metal, and the keypad works perfectly. I am very very pleased and impressed and would recommend them without hesitation. Services Rendered: Asked them to come to replace the keypad, but they told me I did not need a new one, it just needed having the sensor location adjusted. They oiled and adjusted the rollers and fixed my remotes as well and sold me a third remote
