We have been using DMV Garage Door for years now on our primary and rental and have always have had wonderful experiences. Found them to be trustworthy as if there was not an issue they would just tell me and not just "fix" something for a buck. Also have used them to replace our garage doors and they made sure everything was set up, functioning, and that I understood how to everything works before leaving. They take the time to do everything right and make sure the customer is satisfied with the work. Would recommend them.

Having experience with three previous homes in this area and Norfolk, Binso at DMV is the best garage door contractor. He is reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and affordable. I appreciate the extra lesson on how to maintain and adjust the garage doors.

Do yourself and favor and book DMV Garage Doors. Mr. Fassil arrived within 30 minutes of my call and diagnosed the issue immediately. He provided options for repair or replace. We opted to replace and the work was completed the next morning. He worked to find the most economical solution to meet our needs. We are very pleased with our upgraded garage door motor with wifi capabilities. Mr. Fassil is skilled and fixed old remotes that were previously inoperable. I highly recommend DMV Garage Doors.

This is the second time I've used DMV for a garage door repair and I had another great experience. I called them on a Friday evening and they were at my house the next morning to replace a broken spring. They showed up on time, did great work, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend DMV and would not hesitate to use them again.

They were great!!! They called me several hours after I put in an inquire and they came out to look at it that afternoon. He was able to close it for me for the evening, went and got the parts the next morning and had it fixed and up and running by the following afternoon. His price was extremely reasonable. $600 less than the other guys quoted me. Services Rendered: My truck slid down my driveway into the bottom two panels of my garage.

I called DMV Garage Doors a little over a month ago for some information about my garage door. The gentleman who picked up the phone was very helpful and not pushy. A month later, when I had decided to replace my garage door's motor and extension springs, I called again. They were able to schedule the install within a week. The installer arrived on time and completed the install in a little over two hours. I would gladly do business with them again.

Couldn't have been better. It was a simple problem, and he solved it over the phone. No charge. Those who are honest in a few things will be honest with many things. Finally, I found an honest man. Services Rendered: This company is amazing. Use them. I finally found an honest man, and it is a great feeling. I called on a Saturday at noon saying I couldn't get the garage door to open or close without the lights flashing and the control box making a clicking sound. The man on the phone told me to look at the safety lenses that send a beam from one side to the other. I found that the control wire on one of them was disconnected. I reconnected it and the door worked immediately. He could have faked it, driven to my home and charged me a bundle, but he didn't. It's nice to talk with an honest man!

Ben arrived a little late after completing a large job elsewhere. He came the same day that I called. So that was still great! He charged me only for the service call. He also advised me that the springs should be replaced sometime when I can afford it. Generally, it was a pleasant experience and I learned how garage door openers work! Ben was very responsive from the time I asked for an estimate to the final delivery of the remote control. This was a brand new installation so both the contractor who installed the wooden posts and I had many questions about what was necessary to hang the garage door. While this was not always clear, Ben was always willing to answer questions and even come to my property to meet with the contractor and me multiple times. Ultimately, I am very pleased with the job and I would use Ben's services again. Services Rendered: Ben installed a brand new garage door on a frame (no garage building.)
