If you would like to babysit a job, this is the crew for you! Their tech showed up on Tuesday and after 10 seconds he and informed me he didn't have the parts to do the job and he would return tomorrow. Now, tomorrow is over, I attempted to track down the tech, and waited on hold, and waited for a call back. The tech, I guess, didn't inform his employer that he had scheduled return service for the next day. Door Doctor can't find their employee and claimed they dont even have the stuff to fix it, but they'd like to maybe reschedule it for tomorrow since neither of us could get in touch with their employee. Yeah, no thanks... Save your time, money, and frustration, and go with a competitor. Also, quoted a price of $450.00 for a repair that, based on other recent reviews, was $200.00 more than others paid in the last few months. Seems like this company's best days might be behind them.
