We've worked with Family Prestige 2 or 3 times, for garage door repairs to replacement. It's been great. When our garage door was damaged, they came 1 day after the call to survey and recommend a fix. When they couldn't make their scheduled date to install the new door due to another job, they called to notify us they'd be coming the following business day. On the day of installation, they came and 2 hours later were done. The door has worked great since then with no issues. We received the bill by email and paid online. Very easy and dependable. Our garage door spring broke, they came about an hour after I called and fixed our problem. They are obviously exceptionally responsible, expertly knowledgeable, skilled, equipped, and reasonably priced. This was the second time we were glad we called this provider.

One of the WORST experiences. The tech was rude and incompetent. No identification of the company on the truck or uniform. Seemed a sub contractor. The malfunctioning part was not even looked at. He messed around with the motor and then asked me if I had been messing around with it!! He was not paying attention to the malfunctioning issue that I was trying to convey to him. First he demanded over $ 200+, then a few minutes later $ 189, and soon wanted me to pay $ 150. I talked to Jose - the owner - and told him that the tech was rude and I did not want him on my property. Jose was focused on getting me to pay $ 100. The tech finally left after calling me an *******. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! Services Rendered: Garage door repair

Excellent company. A spring had snapped off my garage door making it nearly impossible to open without superhuman effort. I called Jose on a Sunday and he set up an appointment for Monday morning. Kris came out to the house and gave me an estimate for repairing the door and also for installing a new one. The old one was in pretty bad shape besides the spring, so I opted for a new door. Four days later I had a new working garage door installed. Very responsive, courteous, and accommodating group of people. Don’t know when I might ever need a new garage door again, but if and when I do, I know who I’ll be calling. Services Rendered: New garage door installed

On a Saturday morning a garage door extension spring broke, the door would not open, I called around 8 am Monday, Jose arrived around 9 am, he assessed the problem and started work quickly. Some additional parts were damaged and he was ready to replace them. Jose was friendly, easy to talk with, explained all the issues he found, offered options to resolve the issues. I highly recommend Family Prestige Garage Doors.

I was experiencing some issues with my original garage door opener (over 24 years old) and remotes. I contacted Jose and his team and they came out to see what the issue was. They suggested instead of fixing the current one because of age, that I should get a new opener. We scheduled the work to be done the following morning. Jose came and had the new opener installed within an hour and half. He let me know the options for the different openers and what each level added in options. I chose the basic opener option, which included wifi/an app to use to open/close the door in addition to a car remote and wall device. He did a fantastic job! I have used Family Prestige Garage Doors in the past for garage door tune-ups and also a garage door replacement. They are a pleasure to work with and have fair and honest pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future. Services Rendered: Garage Door Opener Replacement

My wife and I had one of our springs snap in half. I called the company that installed the door as well as did maintenance for us in the past. After waiting three weeks and not hearing back, I contacted Family Prestige Garage Doors. In less than 24 hours of my inquiry, I had two very knowledgeable and professional garage door specialists at my house!! Our garage door is in much better condition now than it was 24 hours ago! They replaced both springs and performed a complimentary garage door tuneup!!! Family Prestige will get all my future business and I would recommend them to anyone!!

The techs who fixed a problem with our garage door sensors were courteous and professional and were able to quickly diagnose the problem and did a professional job with their workmanship. I would recommend this company to others. My only beef with Family Prestige was that we had. An appointment Friday from 2 to 4 pm. No one showed up or called so I called the company. They said the techs had been delayed on another job, which I understand. However, I wasted an afternoon waiting form and they should have notified me of the delay. We rescheduled for Saturday morning and they arrived within the appointment window. The leaf tech Jose Guerrero seemed pretty sharp and professional

I was having issues with the 15+ year old mechanics of my garage door system so I contacted Family Prestige. Louis and Julian (sp?) came on short notice, made recommendations, laid out pricing options, and helped educate me on the workings of the system. They did good work and were priced appropriately.
