I had the pleasure of having Curtis Simms as my Garage Door Nova Expert on this past Monday (1/29/24). Curtis went over and beyond the call of duty by not being annoyed by the many questions asked about our garage door. Through my questioning, it was obvious that he was very skilled in his profession. I highly recommend Garage Door Nova to meet your garage service needs. With pleasant and knowledgable people like Curtis on their staff, you can't go wrong.

I have a two car garage system that's about 30 years old. During the snow once the door went up remotely in would not go down. I worked my Magic re-aligning the laser light then I had to pull the emergency cord. Once the door connected, I decided to use the other door and had the same problem. I scheduled an appointment with Garage Door Nova and Curtis Simms arrived, he perform general maintenance. Curtis was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He never appeared frustrated or uninterested in what I was asking.

Curtis did a great job fixing our garage door! Our car was stuck inside the garage and there was very little room to access the door. He managed to get the door open so I could remove the car before he fixed the problem. He was very prompt and did an excellent job!

I felt confident and satisfied with the repairs he made to my garage door issues. Very thorough analysis and resolution provided to assure issues we're taken care of. Start to finish, excellent service. They offered to repair my very old garage door. I opted to replace it. They gave me more than a fair price. I am very impressed with the service I received. From the moment I called to get an estimate, customer service was great, I got an appointment for the next business day and reminders right through the day of the appt. Curtis the Technician, was simply amazing. He was very knowledgeable and provided various options to address the issue since my motor is very old. He finished the job in about an hour and made sure I was satisfied before even discussing payment. I would highly recommend Garage Nova for any garage door related jobs.

Roger the tech was professional and knowledgeable. Great tech. My garage door apart from being messed up it squeaked ALOT and after he was done he not only fixed the problem but it's super quiet not. One more thing company was at my house in a few hours same day... Thanks so much

I am very pleased with Steffon (the technician) who replaced my garage torsion springs. He answered my questions on the various replacement options and I was able to make an informed decision for my situation. They came out without an obligation to service and I didn't feel pressured to go with them. But after talking with Steffon I knew Garage Door Nova was a good choice. The job was done right and quickly. I recommend them.
