My garage door wasn't opening. It was off track and the rails needed to be tightened. He communicated well with us about when he would be able to come over. He helped explain to us what was going on. Great job, would hire him again.
Highly recommended. I opened up a Yelp project late Saturday night as I really needed it fixed quickly. Person was over before 8 AM the next morning (as I was moving at 9 AM) and fixed it immediately. Price was less than another business who gave me a quote but said they couldn't fix it until Monday.

I don't write a lot of reviews but impressed with the service and value. AJ is great, came within an hour on Sunday and honored a coupon he has on his website even though I forgot to mention the coupon before hand. I had another garage door whose spring is due to get replaced. AJ recommended waiting instead of replacement now to save on money. So AJ turned down making more money now to give an honest assessment. AJ also tuned all the garage door free of charge. Highly recommended, will call him for all garage door needs!
My garage door spring broke resulting in the vertical support bracket to tear off from the door. I reached out to several repair companies, with Garage Door Solutions replying almost immediately. AJ came out the next morning - kept me apprised of his arrival time and offered me two different solutions to the problem. He even gave me a discount to put new springs on both garage doors. He also replaced the support bracket. All work was completed in about 2 hours - with AJ triple checking to ensure everything worked properly. Great job!!
It's a common story...springs broke (age and usage) cables parted, wheels twisted, and lift bar bent. GDS responded quickly and sent out a team to assess the problem and get to work fixing it when we agreed on the price. They did some general servicing of both doors (lubricant, tightening, cleaning,) and replaced the bottom rubber seals. Fast, quick, professional...had all the tools and parts in the truck. AJ (the team lead) was a pleasure to work with.
The door sping was broken during opening operation (as usual - unexpectedly and on late Friday afternoon). Several 24/7 services quoted me a very high price. Since the door was still OK, I decided to do more research using Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Among many businesses that I asked for a quote, AJ was faster in response, honest on a quote, and best on a sooner service date. After reviewing all the chances, I picked him as a candidate #1. Monday afternoon was a selected day of sevice. All communication via text message was quuck and informative.The only concern was the low number of reviews (guess what - some customers are lazy on supporting local businesses). The website looks good, and there are some bullets with owners' photos, garage doors maintenance and repair related information, technical advice, coupons, etc. As planned, the technician called me on Monday, 20 min upon arrival, and arrived in the given time window. He inspected an entire door setup for potential additional damages, completed both springs replacement, and checked the door for proper operation in a quick and organized manner. As a summary, I am very satisfied with this business accomplishment and strongly recommend people to keep these fellows on your "to call" list.
