Yelp5My garage door wasn't opening. It was off track and the rails needed to be tightened. He communicated well with us about when he would be able to come over. He helped explain to us what was going on. Great job, would hire him again.

Yelp5Highly recommended. I opened up a Yelp project late Saturday night as I really needed it fixed quickly. Person was over before 8 AM the next morning (as I was moving at 9 AM) and fixed it immediately. Price was less than another business who gave me a quote but said they couldn't fix it until Monday.

Google5AJ was professional, thorough and did a very clean job with replacing our 2 garage motors and springs. We weren't aware of the broken spring and thankfully he already had some with him and fixed it for us. We 100% recommend him!

Yelp5Excellent experience with this vendor. Was highly responsive and knowledgeable about the parts I needed for a wifi garage door opener. I bought them on amazon before their arrival to install. Also put in a brand new rubber seal. Pricing is very reasonable compared to others I received. Highly recommended.

Google5Yesterday, around noon, I reached out to Garage Door Solutions to inquire about their services. I scheduled a free estimate with AJ for the same day at 5:30pm. True to his word, AJ arrived punctually. Upon a brief inspection, he informed me that the springs were on the brink of failing and that the door's rollers were outdated. He presented me with an impressively competitive price to revamp the entire system, including the springs and rollers. The outcome surpassed my expectations - not only has the door been entirely replaced, but it is also now the quietest door we've ever had. AJ's professionalism and meticulous attention to detail left me thoroughly impressed and grateful. It's evident that this company is exceptional under the stewardship of an outstanding individual. Yelp5I don't write a lot of reviews but impressed with the service and value. AJ is great, came within an hour on Sunday and honored a coupon he has on his website even though I forgot to mention the coupon before hand. I had another garage door whose spring is due to get replaced. AJ recommended waiting instead of replacement now to save on money. So AJ turned down making more money now to give an honest assessment. AJ also tuned all the garage door free of charge. Highly recommended, will call him for all garage door needs!

Yelp5My garage door spring broke resulting in the vertical support bracket to tear off from the door. I reached out to several repair companies, with Garage Door Solutions replying almost immediately. AJ came out the next morning - kept me apprised of his arrival time and offered me two different solutions to the problem. He even gave me a discount to put new springs on both garage doors. He also replaced the support bracket. All work was completed in about 2 hours - with AJ triple checking to ensure everything worked properly. Great job!!

Yelp5It's a common story...springs broke (age and usage) cables parted, wheels twisted, and lift bar bent. GDS responded quickly and sent out a team to assess the problem and get to work fixing it when we agreed on the price. They did some general servicing of both doors (lubricant, tightening, cleaning,) and replaced the bottom rubber seals. Fast, quick, professional...had all the tools and parts in the truck. AJ (the team lead) was a pleasure to work with.

Yelp5The door sping was broken during opening operation (as usual - unexpectedly and on late Friday afternoon). Several 24/7 services quoted me a very high price. Since the door was still OK, I decided to do more research using Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Among many businesses that I asked for a quote, AJ was faster in response, honest on a quote, and best on a sooner service date. After reviewing all the chances, I picked him as a candidate #1. Monday afternoon was a selected day of sevice. All communication via text message was quuck and informative.The only concern was the low number of reviews (guess what - some customers are lazy on supporting local businesses). The website looks good, and there are some bullets with owners' photos, garage doors maintenance and repair related information, technical advice, coupons, etc. As planned, the technician called me on Monday, 20 min upon arrival, and arrived in the given time window. He inspected an entire door setup for potential additional damages, completed both springs replacement, and checked the door for proper operation in a quick and organized manner. As a summary, I am very satisfied with this business accomplishment and strongly recommend people to keep these fellows on your "to call" list. Good luck to this company, and big thanks for the service!

Google5Ben from Garage Door Solutions was very professional and courteous. The top support frame and panel of my garage door were totally damaged. Ben was able to repair it for me on the same day. Excellent service for sure and I highly recommend Ben!!
