Google5OVERHEAD DOOR of Waterloo ROCKS! Doc appt - no power to opener. He was here in a few minutes - probably lunch break. Found the bad plug, rerouted the power cord and we were good to go. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Google1Damaged my track and added a surprise truck surcharge to the bill. Now my repaired door doesn't go up because they bent the previously perfect track even after I asked him to not bang on it and told him it twists easily. Beware

Google5My husband was on -call for the local hospital. The spring snapped and the garage door fell. The guys could not get it to budge . After a few calls to local businesses. Overhead door helped us. A gentleman came up around 9am (before taking his family camping) helped get the door up, disconnected the electric switch and using his own work pliers to pin the door open. My husband could go to work, and I felt safe no one would get hurt. He also made sure Mike came out Monday to fix the door. Mike you did a great job. This is why we love this company.

Google5I have an odd-sized garage door. Overhead Door of Waterloo was able to competitively price me a door. Due to supply shortages, they didn't get the panel with the windows, so they put in a solid panel to get me by, which was very, very nice of them. It took many months for the correct panel to come in at which point they promptly came and put it in. Only then did they ask for the remainder of their payment which again, is top notch. I had a very positive experience with Overhead Door of Waterloo and would absolutely use them again. I also would recommend them to anyone.

Google5Our garage door was not working. Called them at 10:30 AM. Guy was leaving our house by 1:30 PM with door working like new. And we live 24 miles from downtown Waterloo. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

Google5Each time I have dealt with Overhead Door in Waterloo, I have been so impressed with them. They are always so helpful and are great to work with. Today Mike did a great job installing a new box for one of our doors. He was on time for our appointment and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you!

Google5Excellent! We had them put on a new garage door at our old house and we were very satisfied with their work, so when our garage door would not open at the new house (broken spring), we knew exactly who to call. They came out the very next day at 8 am and got it taken care of for us! Very reliable, reasonably priced and great customer service!
