We are so pleased with the service we received from Door-Tech. The tech they sent out was so knowledgeable & fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. The parts that were replaced were about the same price as if we bought them ourselves. It saved us so much time and anxiety on a problem we thought we could fix but really we were in over our heads. This is the second time we have used them. Very quality company!!

Door-Tech is simply a wonderful company to deal with on every level! Up front the service is prompt, efficient and personal. Scheduling our appointment with Sheila was simple. I got a phone call from the Tech himself letting me know he was within 15 minutes of arriving. We have huge, heavy commercial garage doors on a residence that had literally stopped lifting and had trapped our boat inside. The backup batteries were beeping and driving us all nuts. We had another company look at the doors and they only offered to replace the motors and didn't really know what else to do. Hatch, the energetic, knowledgeable tech, got right to work.. analyzed the issues and fixed them on the spot! Hatch made the right adjustments swiftly and professionally. No need to replace motors.. he disconnected the batteries and stopped the beeping too. We are ordering new batteries and we are good to go! When it does come time for new motors.. or new doors you can be sure we will be calling this excellent company! I'm a landscaping contractor myself so this high praise. So very refreshing! Door Tech installed our garage door and lift system a couple years ago. Recently the door needed a repair. They came out the next day! The worker called when he was 15 minutes out, showed up on time, and It was fixed within 30 minutes. Door Tech sells great products, and is also great at installation and service!

technician showed up quickly to do an estimate. Estimate was provided promptly and work scheduled for first thing the next day. Technician showed up on time, as scheduled, and completed the work quickly and professionally and at a reasonable price. Would DEFINITELY use again - but hope I don't have to! Services Rendered: We had a broken garage door spring on a two-car garage door. Door was completely inoperable. Additionally, prior to the spring breaking we were having trouble getting the electric eye to operate correctly.

We called Door Tech when our 25 year old garage door opener finally quit. They responded quickly and did an excellent job, for a fair price. The installer also went beyond the call of duty and made some (no charge) improvements to the door mounts that had nothing to do with replacing the opener.
