We ordered shutters (have ordered with them before). Because of Covid and a challenged workforce, we realize it takes longer to get things in. There's a man who answered the phone when I called to find out about my shutters that was extremely rude on the phone and talked over everything I tried to say. I wasn't calling to complain that my shutters were not in yet, just checking to see if he knew about when they might be in, but he went off on a sermon to me about the labor force, literally shouting at me, not listening to anything I was trying to say. This will be the last time I order from them because of his lack of professionalism and downright bad manners and discourtesy. He should not be allowed to represent Benthall Brothers, even if he is a Benthall!
