Refused to come out and give a quote to fix a crack in the top panel of the garage door. The guy said since I was needing the quote for a real estate negotiation he didn't see any "sale" in it for him and he wouldn't do it. Apparently potential future business didn't enter his mind.

Had this company come out after having all the trouble with expert garage door , this company came out when they said they would and got the job done . also had them do a new garage door to . the installers were very nice . i would hire them again if i ever need them.

Tickled enuff to get my item repowered after 7-yrs and their batteries are 2 dollar cheaper than CVS and Walgreen and they treat you like neighbors

We had a garage door "emergency" and didn't know who to contact. We called Overhead Door by chance and within 2 hours they had the job done!! The two service men were very professional and personable and the cost was unbelievably fair!!

Have used these folks for 30 years...called them on a friday afternoon, they were at my house in a couple hours and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. Very impressed with the technician.

Very poor customer service and rude attitude. The manager was hateful to my grandmother (late 80s) and insulted her intelligence when she politely informed him that the items he pressured her into buying did not work.
