Reached out and was handled professionally in scheduling an appointment. They provided a clear communication that it may take up to a full week before they could confirm an appointment; 3 days later confirmed. Guys who came out were incredible, listened to what the challenge was and provided solutions to repair. Some of the best service at all levels from start to finish in the area. Felt the price for the work completed was fair. If you have any Garage needs Champion is the one to call.

I called on a Monday and was quoted a minimum charge of $140 for time and distance, plus parts, for fixing two existing garage doors. The following day, Dan and Harley called en route and arrived within 1/2 hour, ready to trouble-shoot. They listened to my goals of having the doors be properly aligned, operating smoothly, and closing snugly to ensure an optimal fit before I added insulating strips. They got to work quickly, oiling all the moving parts, tweaking and adjusting fasteners here and there, and when those measures unexpectedly created a new problem, did some final tweaking with great results! I am delighted to have smoothly functioning doors at long last!

Guess what? Backing out of the garage with the garage door closed isn't a good idea. You know what is a good idea? Calling Champion to help you solve the problem. They were at our house within an hour. They went to a lot of effort to get us a replacement door that exactly matched the other two undamaged existing garage doors. The installation crew was fast and efficient and didn't leave a scrap of debris or mess behind. Would I recommend Champion? Absolutely! Would I use them again? Well, I sure hope I don't back into the garage door again. But if I do, I'll call Champion.

Very satisfied with Champion Overhead Door. I first called them at 3:30pm on a Wednesday and by 10:30am the next morning, my new garage door opener was installed and working perfectly! The installer was very professional, courteous and did a very nice job. Highly recommend!

Though another company had told me it would cost me much more than I could afford to install an opener on my existing garage door, the guys at Champion were able to find an solution and I now have the security and convenience I was looking for. They installed it in less than two hours and it works like a charm. Highly recommended!

Ed is a talented engineer and installer who integrated standard and non-standard components to create a solution that would coordinate with the rustic look of our barn. Working with Champion Overhead Door was a fantastic experience! Janet was helpful and accommodating at every turn, and the installation by Ed was handled smoothly and efficiently. I love my new garage doors, and my favorite part is the automatic door opener! I will appreciate them every day this winter, and for many winters to come!

Great! I called the company on 12/29/14. A real human being (Janet) answered and said a technician (Harley) would be here the next day. Harley arrived on time and had all the parts he need in his truck even though the opener was at least 20 years old. Harley worked fast and efficiently and got things working as good as new.
