The Technician was professional and did a nice job installing our garage door motor. He had it completed in less than an hour and it works perfectly. Thought the bill was on the high side. Was anticipating $400 tops but it cost more than expected! Other than that nice job....

We don't have the doors yet but our initial onsite visit with Corey was terrific. He was enormously knowledgeable, had a car full of samples from which we could make selections, when he didn't have an answer he said he'd get back to us...and we are moving forward with great confidence!

We purchased three garage doors from Madsen, based largely on their favorable reviews, and are very pleased with the transaction. They beat Home Depot's price by a bit, were accommodating in terms of payment options, and offered torsion springs for the doors whereas HD did not. We look forward to the installation set to take place later this year, probably in early March. The doors we purchased are Clopay Premium Model 4050s.

I had my 2 doors installed in 1999 and in 24 years Madsen has always met or exceeded my expectations. Specifically they acknowledged when they didn't have the answer but worked through the issue and found a solution. 1 Opener lasted 18 years and the other is still going strong though I would really like matching openers. Office staff is cordial and can take joking with customers well. Pricing has always been competitive and they didn't mind when I bought my own replacement controls etc. Just upgraded to belt from chain and why scheduling was a bit bumpy hundred percent satisfied.

Madsen Overhead Doors installed garage doors for us in 2003 in Vermont and 2011 in Massachusetts. The installation work was excellent. They also have a very responsive service department. On a couple of occasions, we've needed emergency repairs and they have been speedy and delivered excellent work.

Service was completed on the same day. The tech made a trip to get the spring information, then to the shop to pick up the part. Madsen installed the system, so I thought you would have that information. I could have easily provided it, had I known. The sticker was still on the spring. I have not received the invoice yet, but it probably would have saved you an hour or so. The door worked perfectly after the broken spring was replaced. Thank you.

They came by while i was a t work and fixed them. Both doors worked after they left, but the right one is no longer working. These are old doors. I will call this company when I am ready to put in automatic door openers. Services Rendered: My very old manual garage doors had slipped off the tracks. they were impossilbe to open.

Very well. The salesman came and showed me a variety of styles, material and colors. There were clear choices and it was easy to make a decision. He then gave me an exact estimate. The work was done on the date appointed for the exact price of the estimate. However, later on I noticed a discrepancy and the bill was adjusted in their business office without any argument or hassle. I would definitely recommend this company. The insulated doors are high quality and help with my energy bill because the garage is heated. Services Rendered: replaced my old wooden garage doors with new insulated ones.

It turned out very well. I am very pleased. I have had them several times. Their work is good. We live in a small area and so they are really the only one but you know I could have found somebody else I suppose but they had such a wonderful reputation I didn't look anywhere else. They are very professional. Services Rendered: I used Madsen Overhead Doors, Inc for garage doors in April. The last time I used them like back one of my vehicles into the garage door and the door came off the railing and I think they charged me about $300 for that, then I had a 17 feet garage door put in four years ago by them.
