CONTACTED Home Advisors to find a local Garage door repairman. Doug Menard called me within 20 minutes of my inquiry. Told him what the problem was and he came within 40minutes. Repaired my door immediately. His rates are competitive and fair. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did the job quickly and correctly. No if, ands or buts. No pressure or add ons. I would highly recommend him. to anybody looking to replace or repair their doors.
We looked on Yelp for assistance finding a repretable garage door installer and Menard Garage doors was recommended. I text them to come out and response was prompt. We were very pleased with the knowledge and expertise of the manager who explained the process in detail. The project was completed with skill and competence. A friend recommended Doug Menard when I mentioned how bad I am at closing my garage door behind me. I've inadvertently left it open for several hours several times. No losses, thankfully. I was told to inquire about a Liftmaster garage door opener that can be controlled from my iPhone and a WiFi system. Perfect. Doug patiently explained the details, quoted the price, and set the appointment. He told me that if my remote or touch pad could be programmed for the opener, he could give a credit for those. I researched the units and they were not compatible. So, no credit. But the installation went off without a hitch and I'm liking it a lot that when I wonder, did I close the door? Easy to use app and works great. An all good experience. Thanks Doug and Dan, you were true professionals.
Doug (owner) & his son Dan are a great duo. They have both recently came to my house to handle some issues with my garage doors. Most recently, they installed 2 new openers. Doug and his son installed 2 garage doors yesterday at my home. Excellent job! Why ? They showed up on time and quoted me a reasonable price. He quoted me a tune up on my old doors and a price for 2 new doors with installation. They arrived 2 days later on time and installed my 2 garage doors. They were professional and polite. The doors looked great. They clean the entire area when complete. They installed weather sealing on the doors. They opened and closed very quite. I was 100% satisfied! Yes and I am on the picky side. Doug came out on a Saturday morning to give me a quote. He was prompt and professional and gave us a great price for our door! Setup an appt and his crew showed up on time and installed our door and opener in 2.5 hours. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and explained all the functions of the opener to me before they left. They also took away my old door and cleaned up after. The team that came out was great! They came to fix one of our garage door openers and ended up pointing out some safety issues with the other door's equipment so we were able to address right away. They explained everything clearly and demonstrated how to use all of the equipment. Plus they gave me tips to maintain in the future.
I have used Menard Garage Doors both at my home and at our business a total of 3 installations. The work involved replacement of existing doors two of which were large loading dock doors and the work was well done and on time and the product was well made and the installation professionally done. Highly recommend this company.
Menard Garage Doors did a wonderful job removing our old garage door and installing a new door. Additionally, software provided prior to the installation showed us what our new door would actually look like when mounted in place. Although our garage is more than 50 years old Menard was able to appropriately adapt the new door to the older Frame. The installers were very polite, professional and well trained.
