michael fixed a broken spring on my garage door. He returned the call promptly, had a fair quote and was on time. He did a very professional job and went beyond the fix to make sure the hole door assembly was good to operate.

This guy really knows what he's doing! I have seldom seen anyone who knows his job as well as Michael knows his. I watched him fix my garage door after the original repairman did more to damage it than to fix it. Michael went through every calibration (level, track alignment, re-tensioning the torsion bars, etc. etc.) and he repaired it quickly, methodically and, most importantly, accurately. I've owned this house for 12 years and my garage door has never worked this quietly or this smoothly before! If you are having a problem with your garage door, call this guy. I got lucky -- I picked his name out of an old phone book (how old-fashioned is that?) on the basis that he was the only one who gave his full name and address. I figured he obviously wasn't trying to hide from anyone. I'm glad I called him. It was one of the best experiences I've EVER had hiring someone who wasn't referred to me. In fact, he was better than most people who HAVE been referred to me. ********** (10) Stars.

My garage door at my house in Amherst stopped working. From my description of the problem, Micheal know what was wrong. Instead of coming for an easy service call, he told me what to do to fix it and charged me nothing. I will always use him for any garaged door issues or for new equipment.
