Raynor came and did an initial repair within 24 hours, and within another dayhad obtained the required parts and did the full repair. They also discovered that the contractor had installed the door incorrectly and re-installed it properly. The serviceman was competent, pleasant, and efficient. The woman in the front office is one of the nicest customer service people you will ever meet in any business! Peter, one of the owners, often answers the phone and talks to customers.
