I purchased a home last March, and with that, I purchased a home warranty. Of course, one of my garage doors break, and I am forced to use the home warranty service. Choice Home Warranty contacts Texhoma Door and Gate.
To cut this short, Texhoma Door and Gate has skipped out on two service call appointments, without so much as a phone call. The person answering their phones is completely unprepared and never calls you back with a resolution to the problem. I was forced to call the home warranty service again today, and they are giving Texhoma Door and Gate a 3rd chance. I'm praying they actually show up this time.
After getting the techs there, the problem was diagnosed and taken care of in under 30 minutes
