Excellent service!!! My dad always used them and recommended them. I have used them for twenty years and no complaints!!! I've gotten stuck in my garage and they came as soon as they could! Good hometown business!

Eric and his helper came out within the hour we called them. We had two busted springs and couldn't even begin to lift the double garage door. Both vehicles trapped inside. So we were in a bind. These guys obviously knew what they were doing and we couldn't find anyone else that could even get to it within 2-3 days out. They were very professional; explained what needed to be done; and replaced both springs on the spot. Very reasonable price for both parts and labor. Could not have asked for a better job!!

My garage door's springs broke today and the door was stuck open. My wife called them and advised they would be at my house at 3pm. I had to be at work so my wife had to leave her job to come home and wait for them. NO SHOW and NO CALL. My wife called them and they have not called her back. Very unprofessional.

They squeezed me in the same day that I called. Even though their day had gone long, they kept to their word and showed up about 6:45. They balanced my door, which is what I hired them to do, but they also inspected it and replaced some screws and adjusted my motor. In other words, they went above and beyond! Thank you!

Never showed up for an appointment to fix our garage door. My husband waited all afternoon. Called them when they were about 2 hours late, they said they would be about another 30 minutes. It's the next day and we've still haven't heard back from them. My husband text them again to touch base today. Still no response. Had it been communicated with us that they would not be able to honor our appointment, we could have made arrangements with another company. Now we can't reach someone else until Monday.

I contacted Wichita Sash and Garage Door on a Friday regarding an issue with my Garage door. It was bad, the spring busted and the panel was bent due to a small incident. Well, today is Wednesday and my Garage is as good as new! I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. I would reccomend this company to everyone in Wichita Falls. They did an excellent job at a fair price. Thank you so much Wichits Sash and Garage door. If you want to be lied to three days in a row about something up... being a no show to repair a garage door that they messed up in the first place, then this is definitely the place you're looking for.
