Google5I needed some parts for a garage door project and called Derby Overhead Door. I spoke with Tim and he got me set up with the right parts. When I went to pick up the parts Tim provided guidance on putting the door project together. I had put a door together in the past and all of Tim's guidance made me realize I had done it wrong which is why it never worked right. Another employee joined our conversation and provided some additional information. When I was getting ready to leave Tim made sure I had one of gis cards. I.agine my surprise when I saw he is the CEO. He told me to call if I needed any help. Derby Overhead Door gets all my business from now on.

Google5Great company to work with. Door broke late at night, and they were at our home first thing in the morning. They would've come out late that night, but we chose the next day. Colt and Ken were very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they had to do. Not to mention the pricing was fair. We are extremely pleased and will be using Derby Overhead for anything else we should ever need with our garage!

Google5After another local company suggested it would cost the same to replace than repair an original wood garage door (surprise! It was nearly $1K more to replace), Jimmy and Brad with Derby Overhead were not only knowledgeable about and appreciated our mid century garage doors, they were able to repair it in under an hour for half the cost of the other company. It's better than before. My 6 year old can even lift it, it's so well balanced! I'm shocked at the level of service and skill. Derby Overhead should always be your "second opinion". When our other 70 -year-old garage door breaks, they'll be our FIRST opinion. And I'm recommending them to all our neighbors.

Google5Called company yesterday, got set appointment today which was very prompt. Told them after 2pm , they called said finishing up a job would be there in 15 minutes, Brett the technician was right on time. He was very professional and knew what he was doing, I apologized for asking so many questions he said that's why he's here to help and find out what's wrong. He took no time at all to fix multiple issues and very professional. Love this company, would recommend to anybody that has problem with their doors. Best service I've had with any repair company.

Google5Had a very good experience with Derby Overhead Garage Door selling and installing a new insulated door with windows. We are very happy with the product that we purchased from Greg and the technicians Nate and Brad were very professional during the installation and setup of the door. They were very careful to not damage the door during the installation process which I really appreciated. The process was very smooth.
