Had the dreaded torsion spring failure a few months ago. Made a post that I was going to attempt to fix it myself, and Robbie was tagged by a friend. He was very helpful and encouraging to help me get it done, without pushing his business on me, which immediately earned my trust. After understanding a little bit better what was involved and the dangers associated, and the time it would take me to get it replaced, I decided to have Robbie out. He came out the next day, and finished the job in about 20 minutes. He was extremely professional, and provided excellent communication throughout. The work he performed was very well done and used quality parts. Would very HIGHLY recommend Doors & More for any garage door needs. Absolute standup guy and awesome work.
