They returned my call to make appointment. Came within the time window. Fixed my door!! Tighten the door pieces. Checked the tracj( lubricated it). Adjusted the light monitor which was off. The technician was friendly. Explained what had happened and was done. BEST SERVICE IN TOWN!

I recently had an experience with Crawford Door Systems that was so good I had to write a review and post it on your site. I'm also going to post it on Nextdoor for my neighbors in Brunswick Forest. From talking to Crystal on the phone planning for a service call, to dealing with Richie who fixed my door, it was a great experience. Not only was the service good, the price was half of one of their competitors. I highly recommend Crawford for anything to do with your garage door!

The Crawford technician quickly diagnosed and determined the reason my garage door opener was not working. He repaired it and then helped me program remote controls and the controls in our cars. He showed me the places the door should be lubricated and told me how often. He was cordial and knowledgeable! I'd give him an A+!
Update: the Crawford team came out to replace the garage panels shortly after the original review posted. The lead installer was nice but chalked up a laundry list of excuses for the shotty work and delays. I would have added a star or two had he simply taken responsibility for the poor install. As a result, I still wouldn't recommend them to a friend. Original Review: I thought I'd share my One Star experience with Crawford Door Systems. They installed a brand new door and opener on my residence and the results have tested my patience. The images show where the door paint was scratched/ rubbed off and dented during the installation process. Rather than replacing the door, they've opted to order two replacement panels (20+ week wait) and use touch up paint to fix the scratches. The rework hasn't been completed yet, but I hope their plan doesn't make things worse. Stay tuned for an update.

They did a really good job. He said the spring that I had in the door was a waste, because it was oversize. He put in a standard sized spring to save me money. The new spring that he put in would last the same amount of time as the oversize one that was put in by the person who built the house. The main tech has recently suffered a heart attack. They have a very good reputation for doing good work and most of it was due to him. I'm sure they have other good techs, but he was the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an overhead garage door company. Services Rendered: I couldn't open my overhead garage door. After 10 years the spring had worn out. They sent a gentleman out the house after normal business hours, around 6pm and the door was fixed by the next morning.
