We just bought a new house and this is the first time I have ever had a insulated garage door. Considering that it is substantially heavier than typical garage doors, I was concerned about whether a suitable garage door opener install would be a problem. Overhead Door company eased my concerns. Not only did they install all the electronics and mechanicals in just a couple of hours, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable on how to get the job done. I have to say, this is the quietest and smoothest running garage door opener I have ever had and I would recommend Overhead Door to anyone who needs an opener installed.

I was having trouble with my garage door. I called a number of companies and was not satisfied with Atlantic and Precision. Overhead Door came the same day, fixed the door quickly and charged a very fair price. Steve, the repairman was knowledgeable and showed me the cause of the problem and how he fixed it. He also spent some time with me talking about preventative maintenance. I will definitely use them again if I have a garage door issue.

This company is the best on price and service I highly recommend them. I had a broken spring on my garage door and had the pleasure of working with Ken he is very knowledgeable and thorough he got my door working better them new and showed my how to maintain my door for the future. Wow, what an experience - the day started out poorly, I was outside and went to open the 2-car garage door and it went up about 3" and stopped, tried it again, same problem. I had the key on me so opened the side door and turned on the light. There were no obstructions I could see so disengaged the track and tried to lift it, couldn't lift the door no matter how hard I tried. Then I noticed the cable laying on the floor and traced it to the spring-loaded pulley mounted over the door. The cable on the other side was laying on the floor also. That's when I noticed the spring itself was in 2 pieces, uh oh. I called Overhead (had used them twice before) and was told someone would be out but it's a 2-step process, someone comes out and measures the spring and then orders a replacement for overnight. We're a 1-car family and no one around to help me raise the door so I could back the car out, not good. Well, superman showed up at 3:00 on the dot (real name Steve), I let him in the side door and he quickly diagnosed the problem and said he'd be right back. He returned with a couple of bags of tools and in about 7 minutes had removed the broken spring. He runs outside and comes back in a minute with a new spring (Voila!). I wish I had filmed him in action, he was just a blur moving the ladder back and forth, going up and down, doing this, doing that and in no time at all had the new spring installed (not for the faint of heart). Steve noticed I had been lubricating the opener track and the door pulleys and hinges but not the spring, he said to make sure I do that also, very important. Total cost was $200 and he departed at 3:25, amazing - thank you Steve (aka Superman)! Services Rendered: Replace garage door spring

I don't get my garage door replaced/serviced on a regular basis, but Barry and Regina are the best. Barry came to my house to check out replacing panels of my old wooden garage door. Upon review, he told me that it would be cheaper to order a new door. He gave me a quote for new door, track, and springs that was very reasonable. Regina followed up and before long I came home to a brand new door with a new seal, track, and springs. Not only that but he swept the leaves out of my garage floor. My husband and I have used them to replace Springs on our old door and they've always been prompt, efficient, excellent at communicating, and reasonably priced. I wish all my homeowner encounters were as pleasant as they are. Highly recommend.

They came out the next day and it was great service. My garage door spring broke on a Sunday and it trapped my car inside, I started to call first thing Monday morning and they had someone out that afternoon. He took the measurement on the spring and helped me open the door so that I could get my car out. They came the next afternoon and fixed it. He was amicable and professional person that I have dealt with in a while. He was very polite, cordial, professional and quick. In the future, he will be the one I call; I will not even need to look for someone else. The pricing was very good and it cannot be beat. Services Rendered: Overhead Door fixed a broken spring on my garage door.
