Was having trouble with my garage door opener (single family home). Was getting power but no response on any of the openers. Called Precision after 5pm and was able to have a service call by 6:30pm that evening (that was impressive!). $113 service call and the tech re-set the electronics. The home is only 2 and half years old and even though everything is basically cheap "builder grade" the tech suggested I replace all the hardware (not the motor) to the tune of $1,000-1,100. Being retired and on a fixed income, just not ready for that kind of non-emergency expense. I'm just going to have to wait and see. I may use Precision in the future...?

Ty came out and fixed the issue the same day. He did give us some options for a long term fix and explained that the issue may come up again in the future. I appreciate the heads up. Ty is a good representative for his company. I would recommend.

I called and wanted someone to come out and give me an estimate. A guy came out within an hour I would say and no pressure at all. He was very nice and he gave me an estimate. Went ahead and ordered a door and I can't wait until it's in. I'm very excited about it. I hope I can add to this. They came out today and installed it and did a wonderful job. The guys were so super nice.

After discovering that my garage door did not work, I called Prevision Garage Doors and a technician, Camden Smith, came out within 24 hours. He explained what the problems were in very understandable terms and replaced the necessary parts that same day - as he had everything he needed in his truck. Camden kept me updated on his arrival time and gave me very sincere recommendations as to what needed to be done. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Camden Smith!

Was expecting a repairman to arrive between four and six p m. Ty phoned and was able to arrive earlier. He did a thorough inspection and assessment of the problem. Provided 2 options for management of the issue and verified with Precision they are able to order the needed lock. He was friendly yet professional throughout the entire visit. Looking forward to completing the repair with Precision.

The servicemen were very punctual, professional and thorough. We received an accurate estimate/invoice and the work was done in a very timely fashion as well as being left very clean. They only replaced parts that needed to be replaced and have my complete recommendation for a job well done.

Camden from Precision Door did a great job repairing our garage door. He was so pleasant and easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. He listed my options, and I chose the repairs that I thought would be best. The garage door goes up smoothly and quietly. Can't believe the difference in how smooth the garage door glides instead of the previous jerking motion. Camden was awesome and if I need any future repairs, I will definitely call Precision Door of Wilmington NC.
