I have used Billy as my go to guy for garage door repair for several years now. He is more dependable than any service provider I have ever dealt with. If he doesn't answer the phone, which is rare, he returns your call the same business day and always makes his self available at your convenience to correct the problem. Most recently, he changed out a remote about a year ago. It no longer worked, I called him and he replaced the remote at no charge at all to me. I would highly recommend Billy for all of your garage door repair needs.
Our garage door was stuck in the open position...on a late Friday afternoon. ALL others that we checked with could not come until Monday or Tuesday. My wife called Billy and he was here within 30 minutes..........spent an hour to repair and service and the charge was VERY reasonable! My wife and Billy saved our butt on this little life's adventure!
One torsion spring on garage door broke. After checking reviews I decided to contact and spoke with Billy Price. Explained my problem and was given an estimate over the phone which seemed consistent with online estimates. Billy and crew was out early the next day and replaced both torsion springs and lubricated my door. I was extremely happy with the work they performed. Very personable and professional.

Made an emergency call late in the afternoon after the spring snapped on my 2 car garage door. The door could not be raised, so my car was essentially locked inside. I had a trip scheduled for the next day, so time was obviously important. The company that installed the door could not get a technician to me for 2 weeks! Per their recommendation I contacted Price, and hoped for the best. The technician (Billy) arrived 3 hours after I called with the correct equipment to replace the (2) springs, and complete the job in just over an hour and a half. Very professional and the price was charged based on time & material. The cost for the springs was exactly what they would have cost bought locally -no mark up, and the labor charge was very fair. No BS emergency call addition!
Billy and Robert were amazing! I had an issue with my garage door (because I backed into it, ugh) so I called Price Garage Doors. The owner, Billy, answered my call, and came out within a few hours. Not because he wasn't busy! He worked me in - my vehicle was stuck inside my garage and I could not go anywhere. Not only did he and Robert fix my garage door in under an hour, but were very reasonable!! I won't hesitate to call Price Garage Doors for any future garage door issues.
I called Mr. Price to fix my garage door. The spring was broken. He came out when he said he would, was punctual and very professional. He explained to me (because I wanted to know) what was wrong with my door, how to maintain it in the future. He even offered me a maintenance plan that I was happy to sign up for. Good Company. I recommend to all my friends and family! Oh! The price was also very reasonable!
I have dealt with Price Garage Doors twice and each time their response and work has been phenomenal. The first time I needed my house and driveway pressure washed, they came quickly, were friendly, and everything looked wonderful. The second time my husband and I were in a bit of a bind; our garage door broke at our vacation home and we were leaving the next day, they came the day we left in the morning after we called them the afternoon before. Price garage doors came all the way to Ocean Isle to fix our garage door and give the other garage door a tune up before we had to leave town. I will undoubtedly call them for any service they can provide in the future!
Billy is an independent garage door man, he was punctual and very quick fixing my ill fitting garage door. He gave the garage door a service before he left. The job was last minute on a Friday and he fit me into his schedule, very helpful.
