Made an emergency call late in the afternoon after the spring snapped on my 2 car garage door. The door could not be raised, so my car was essentially locked inside. I had a trip scheduled for the next day, so time was obviously important. The company that installed the door could not get a technician to me for 2 weeks! Per their recommendation I contacted Price, and hoped for the best. The technician (Billy) arrived 3 hours after I called with the correct equipment to replace the (2) springs, and complete the job in just over an hour and a half. Very professional and the price was charged based on time & material. The cost for the springs was exactly what they would have cost bought locally -no mark up, and the labor charge was very fair. No BS emergency call addition!
