Google5Had an unfortunate accident 2 days before we were leaving for vacation and needed a new garage door before we left. Called them up and they were able to pull off a miracle and come out and replace the door the next day! They were easy to communicate with and provided excellent customer service. Would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door services!

Google5My initial phone conversation with easy and complete. A technician was sent out promptly and identified the problem. The technician did not have the part on his truck, so had to come back a couple days later to complete the job. Everything works now! I would recommend Overhead Door Company to others and will use them for future work.

Google5I can't recommend this company enough! Everyone was so professional and friendly. I compared prices with other companies, and this one was very reasonable. The work was spot on, professional and done in a timely manner. I hope I never have another problem with my garage door, but - if I do - I won't hesitate to call Overhead. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with their work.

Google5I cannot say enough good things about the management/owners of this company!! Genuine, kind-hearted people who truly do everything in their power to take care of their employees and customers alike. I've personally worked here for a few years and have witnessed countless acts of selflessness that you just don't see very often in the "corporate" world. Definitely a business worth supporting!

Google5My husband Alan and I really appreciated the level of services and professionalism that Bob provided! He was personable, knowledgeable and repaired our garage door to excellent working order. In this day and age, it's refreshing to find someone like Bob with such an awesome work ethic!

Google5My garage door broke (human error). It was stuck halfway & wouldn't open or close. Great, now what? Overhead Door Company was recommended so I called immediately. Let me tell you how impressed I was with every point of contact with this company. They searched and found 2 of their guys available in the area. The workmen called with their eta. Upon arrival got straight to work - repairing the problem. So refreshing. I highly recommend.

Google5Thanks Overhead for ensuring our garage was secure on a Friday afternoon. Service Technician Jake was phenomenal. He came out at a moments notice and was able to repair our damaged garage within minutes. He addressed all of our questions/concerns and ensured us the damage was not "user" error. He was polite and professional. What a great representative of your company. Also, thank you Ken for understanding my concern to have the garage secured, making this a priority!! Piece of mind is so important.

Google5Last night during the storm last night, my garage door broke. I called a company they came out and said if I wanted a door with windows, it would be six weeks. They also told me they could not lift the door for me to get my vehicle out. My friend gave me Tim's cell phone. He said someone would call me shortly. He told me not to worry they would help me figure it out. They came at noon. Very professional install team and it was all set by 3:00. I would highly recommend this company. The staff is empathetic, customer-focused, and kind. And it was much more reasonably priced than the first company. Thanks so much, I am so grateful!
