Google5Jason, the owner, went above & beyond with my service. He replaced my old door opener & installed a new one that is SO much smoother & quieter. The upgrade to belt vs chain is worth it! He lubricated wheels for free & programmed BlueLink in my car, the 2 remotes that came with opener & my keypad outside garage. I called on a Thursday morning & he came the same afternoon! He was patient with my questions, & what I like most is his great work ethic, fair pricing & honesty. You don't find those qualities in everyone today, sad to say. Thanks, Jason!

Google5All contractors should use Wilmington Garage Door as their model for outstanding customer service. Prompt response to any inquiries and more importantly need for service. Responded to our call on a Sunday and was there first thing the next morning. Professional, courteous and value priced well below the competition. Had our door working within the hour. Jason the owner is the consummate professional. Highly recommend for all your garage door service needs!

Google5I cannot say enough great things about Jason, the owner, and the fantastic service he provided. My garage door opener and the garage door itself were both having issues. I called and left a message with Jason and received a text message back very quickly saying he would get me on the appointment schedule and correct the issues. He did a great job coordinating day and time and arrived as promised. He gave a clear assessment of the problem, provided a straight-forward estimate and completed the job in short order. He was personable, professional and provided outstanding customer service. Google5Owner Jason was great, we had an issue with our home garage door and he got us scheduled in quickly. He came out in some serious heat and did the repair quickly and thoroughly. Didn't do a review that at the time but then needed work done on garage door for my business, literally couldn't get in to get equipment out. Jason came first thing in the next morning and got me going. There's a reason he has all 5star ratings. He does the job efficiently, effectively and for a fair price. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Google5Jason promptly called back about coming out to look at our garage door extension rod and opener inside the garage. We were happy that the extension rod and opener only needed some minor repairs and didn't need to be replaced like another local company had recommended. I appreciate his honesty and the quality of his work! I would definitely recommend him and will use his services when needed in the future!

Google5Jason was great. Got us on the schedule to replace broken garage door springs on a rainy Friday afternoon. Punctual and responsive. Did a quick, and excellent, job repairing the springs and replacing the rollers. Door works better than it ever did before! I will definitely use Jason again when the time comes (got my eye on an opener that I can check with my phone to see if I remembered to close the garage door!). Thanks Jason!

Google5I called Wilmington Garage Door Repair over the weekend and Jason got here Monday morning and changed out the coil springs in less than an hour. Great service, I highly recommend him.
